Well equipped and clean and 2 mins from lakeside. Very good value. We had a parking space.

There is a falling down apartment block opposite which spoils the view from the balcony but don’t let that put you off

Appartment worth every penny

As someone who has been traveling for 4 years all across the world, this apartment is definitely worth it. It's new, it's cozy, it's clean, and the shower is amazing. Location is perfect, it 1m walk away from the lake, plus you are near all the bars and restaurants in the city. Because of the location of the whole building, you could still enjoy the apartment with no outside noise, yet it was still very close to everything.

The only note I can find is that it is not accessible for people with special needs due to the fact its not wheelchair friendly and those kinds of stuff. And for me, that was not relevant at the time.

The apartment is spacious, reasonably comfortable, and fairly clean. The location is very good, close to the lake and the promenade, which made our stay pleasant.

However, we encountered an issue upon arrival: the phone number listed on Booking belongs to the owner who lives in Australia and did not answer the calls. Since we didn’t have internet access (as North Macedonia is outside the EU), communication was difficult and caused some stress. We only found the correct number of the person who was supposed to give us the key once we arrived at the building, where it was posted.

Well equipped and modern apartment in city center

Very well equipped apartment. Very good location quite in the town center.

Dining table is missing in the apartment!!! You need to use the table and chairs from the balcony to dine inside which is very uncomfortable. Soundproofing is poor - noises from the corridor and neighboring apartments are irritative. Bedsheets and pillowcases had somewhat synthetical feeling and were not very skin friendly.

Nice New Modern Apartments (still with a few start-up issues)

The apartments are very new and finished in a modern way. They are a good size and the kitchenette was sufficient to make breakfast and snacks. There are big TV's in both rooms and there are electric shutters on the windows. The balcony gives you a restricted view of the lake (we were in 301) which is nice. The host was very helpful.

We had issues with a nasty bathroom smell which lingered for most of the stay and the AC in the room didn't work well.

The property was extremely clean, the apartment is exactly how it looks in the picture,the bed was much more comfortable than a hotel, the check in was super easy. We would recommend this place to anyone who plans to visit Ohrid.

Exceptional stay

The guests were very helpful, professional and kind. They even went the extra mile and leant us, for free, their paddle surfs and we had the chance to tour around beautiful lake Ohmir. This was an exceptional experience and our guests made it possible! 5-star service!

В апартаментах новий ремонт, ніяких неприємних запахів, чисто прибране помешкання. Неймовірно зручне ліжко, ми відпочивали в середині жовтня, кондиціонер працював чудово. Все що потрібно для швидкого готування на сніданок -на кухні є. Кавомашини не має. Але вся інша кухонна техніка є. До озера 2 хвилини пішки. Найприємніше орендоване житло за весь час на booking. А ще надзвичайно привітливий власник помешкання. Ми приїхали вночі, пізно, але це не було проблемою для нього, зустрів і ще відвіз показати де можна поїсти, провів невелику екскурсію.

Que maravilla.

Edificio moderno, con una ubicación muy buena a 1 minuto del paseo y a menos de 10 caminando al centro. La plaza de aparcamiento es de agradecer mucho porque es complicado aparcar en el centro. Nos pudimos mover caminando a todo el centro. Con servicios cercanos (restauración, supermercados...). Sólo movimos el coche para recorrer las afueras y bordear el lago Ohrid. El anfitrión súper amable, nos facilitó información del establecimiento antes de llegar para no perdernos y estuvo en contacto con nosotros para estar en la llegada. Nos recomendó sitios de restauración y vinotecas que le pedimos. Estuvo a disposición si nos faltaba algo. Buena limpieza, cama muy cómoda y amplia. Era muy luminoso, pero para quien no pueda dormir con luz externa, las persianas bajas no dejaban entrar nada de luz.
