I booked five nights here and everything was seamless from the start. A cab was arranged from the airport, and although I arrived not knowing quite what to expect, my bag was carried up and I was shown to a beautiful room — lovely view, exceptionally clean, absolutely perfect. I ate at the restaurant downstairs regularly, breakfast every morning and dinner many nights, and was thrilled every time. Uson was also kind enough to organise a driver to take me on to Berat, my next destination. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without his help. I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. All the very best to the whole team with the hotel and restaurant.

This is a nice new place that is clean, modern, and comfortable. The location is amazing, right by the promenade and the beach, overlooking the lake. The old center is better reached by car than on foot. Check-in and check-out were seamless, thanks to the helpful and friendly staff and owner. Their assistance was crucial for securing a parking spot during the crowded summer season. There is a good restaurant located on the ground floor of the building, and you can find several other restaurants nearby offering diverse cuisines.

On the downside, the room is rather small, and the stairs leading up to the apartment are quite narrow and steep, which can be a real challenge when carrying heavy luggage.
