Personnel is nice and it is very Italian place. No one will bother to open the kitchen at the agreed time for breakfast :) Prices are quite high. This migh be explained by the fact that location is on the mountain and has a wonderful view.

Nice location with great views
The accomodation was very noisy and hot. We wanted to sleep with the window open because of the heat, but couldn't sleep because it was so noisy outside (people were very loud) Not worth the price

Strongly recommend to stay here!
Little hotel in amazing place with fantastic landscape to the Como lake and mounts! The owners are very friendly and open. The accommodation, food, breakfast, cleanness - are top! The owner can organize you a lot of extrem sport, if you want. Just from the hotel you can go down by paraglider))) Strongly recommend to stay here!

The breakfast included in price was very basic, in sharp contrast to the price. The service was not extremely enthusiastic or warm but not as poor as the breakfast.
