The property is beautiful and well equipped. The views are amazing, the apartment is quite large and the baloney is very lovely.

There was a mix up regarding how and when to sign up to use the steam bath and sauna so that was a disappointment but the indoor pool was fabulous.

The balcony and view were absolutely wonderful. The place was very clean and comfortable, with great kitchen amenities that made our stay easy and enjoyable. Communication with the staff was excellent.

It was surprising we had to take our trash out ourselves at the end of our stay. Marco did a great job throughout our stay, answering questions and providing assistance when needed. Maybe he needs extra support for the checkout?

The Apartment was just incredibly beautiful. I have never been able to enjoy such a great view. Cleanliness is very much valued. But most of all I would like to praise our host or supervisor Marco. There are no wishes that were not met. Such a great support. 11 out of 10 points for Marco. We will definitely come again.

one of the most beautiful view we saw from a hotel. we really loved the apartment, the balcony, the pool, the massage. Marco was very helpful, kind. We will definitely come back here! ( We didn’t even wanted to leave!)

- they need something against the flies. - the pool must be opened till 22:00, as most of the time we came back at 19:00 from the city when it closes. - at least one non-sticky pan in the kitchen

everything was perfect except the location

Incredible place! Great view of the lake and the hills. Silence is rarely interrupted by the ringing of bells. The flat itself is clean and tidy. Comfortable bed and what was important to me was the pillows. I slept very well. A lot of nice little things like a speaker, climate control, all the necessary kitchen appliances. A veranda where you want to stay all day. Very attentive staff trying to make the stay comfortable. Thank you especially to Marco and Daila. Sauna and pool deserve a separate comment: everything is very well thought out and clean. As someone who is not particularly fond of the steam room I was absolutely delighted. The pool also has a view of the lake. The restaurants are very close by. It is a place that makes you want to keep coming back.

I usually do not comment much on problems with accommodations. This time, I felt challenged to give possible guests my insides and feedback to the owners. The building is new, clean, and comfortable, and I somehow liked it. It offers a breathtaking view over the lake and its surrounding landscape from the main room and the balcony. We loved the warm evenings and calm mornings on our terrace in the summertime.

It might be a question of style, but for us, this building was a concrete bunker and felt sterile. The tiny sleeping rooms got their window views to concrete walls. You could enjoy bigger cabins on a cruise ship. Stairs and entrances are all outside. It isn't quiet around the building due to all the concrete. Our neighbors had loud conversations, and others played music on the balcony in the evenings, which was painful. The apartment looks new and shiny, but I don't see the luxury of it. Some equipment looks relatively cheap: more plastics than solid material, like the shower cubicle, the floors, furniture, or the kitchen sink. The Air conditioning inverter is placed on the balcony. So it sounds uncomfortably loud when someone sits outside while it should remain cool inside for others on a hot summer day. Some floor slabs on the terrace are loose and move loud when stepping on them. I had to report issues that should be fixed: - The faucet in the bathroom was loose - The entrance door to the apartment is stuck - Dishwasher: one roll is missing from the basket. - The limited kitchen equipment should be improved. Wine glasses were only for two people, while they rent the apartment out for six, that does not fit. - An electric kettle would be nice but is not essential. Booking the apartment includes a spa that was open only until 7 pm. A swim in the indoor pool was pleasant, but I skipped using the area because of the strong smell of over-chlorination and skin itching. Renting an apartment, I don't expect much service. I felt comfortable with the conversation before arriving. However, there came too many messages before the trip that I could not follow. The to-dos in the online forms made me a working client. I texted the two phone numbers a person sent me on Sunday afternoon, asking for an additional wine glass. But no answers, only an automated message. Not much luxury is left, considering the exceptionally high price we paid (nearly $500 per night).

Good kitchen facilities

1. Long flight of stairs with no lifts 2. Host did not provide instructions to receive keys - no pick up of calls at arrival 7pm. I had to rely on another guest to obtain keys (lucky me) 3. Provides the best equipment however sadly, no basic items like bath soap or sugar / coffee 4. Did not provide for pillows for 3rd guest 5. Asked us what time we were checking out before we checked in, but yet was chasing us to check out the following day. 6. For an establishment to obtain payment even before we arrive, we would expect better treatment.

The wardrobes were modern and clean - but lacked enough clothes hangers - we requested more twice but they were never brought. That's a shame as the service beyond that was very good and polite.
