Rodolfo and family are incredibly kind and thoughtful. We arrived late on a chilly winter evening and they had the lights on, the house warmed up, drinks in the fridge, and a table full of snacks. They were attentive and responsive and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and happy.
The house is super cute and in a great location just up the hill from all the amenities: stores, train station, etc. It's a short 10 minute walk to the lakefront and ferry dock. The outside space is completely fenced in. We had two large dogs with us and they really appreciated the yard.
Our family stayed for eight days over Christmas break and the house was everything we needed it to be. All in all a great stay.
The mattresses on the twin beds upstairs are a bit in need of a foam topper for maximum comfort, but that's only if you're middle-aged. Our teenager slept like a rock, no complaints.

2 large bedroom apartment with 2shower and 1 bath is a little too big for us, a couple with a dog. Sufficient fenced garden. Fully furnished with washing machine is advantage if you plan to swim in Como lake. Mr Rudy and wife , is very kind and helpful with all the info and assistance to book the restaurant. Must dine-in Ristorante El Logasc. We end up having dinner there most of our stay. Quite residential area. We love it here.
Parking is safe and private. As Mr Rudy just lived next door.
Bonus ; thank you for the welcome wine by the host!
Beware : many angry and hungry mosquitoes :D
Standing showers are too small for my tall hubby .
Sofa in the kitchen was very uncomfortable at all , as the dinning chairs too. Hopefully they will be replaced soon, as we would loved to comeback one day very soon.
