We stayed here on 20th to 23rd September 2024, myself and two friends. The apartment was ideal, very clean and spacious. The host communicated really well and provided all instructions and guidance, answering any queries swiftly! Train station 5 minutes walk, ferry port also. Plenty restaurants and bars, wished we had stayed longer, would highly recommend!

Everything was very good, nice contact with the owner, Good Check In, nice Pool. Everything you Need is nearside and you can directly Go to Milano Boy train.

We liked the place because it delivered all what we wanted: a good sleep in a cool, dark and silent environment. Cleanliness was great all around the place.
Though located in a calm neighbourhood with a walkable distance to the Colico train station (trains to Milano, e.g.) and the Lake Como boat services, you are never aware of the through-road, the trains, or the boats. Fantastic!
You even have some nice views onto the mountains and also a glimpse onto the lake.
Due to the sensitive appartment layout with a double door between the sleeping rooms an the kitchen/living room, you will never even hear a fridge - quite a unique key point.
The owner Andrea was all the time there to help us with any question about airconditioning/heating and his brother bought us a new toaster.
Despite all the sensible "pros", as a "con" don't expect exactly luxurious furnishings or detailings. For us it was just as shown on the pictures.
Andrea, keep up the good work and never save on the elementary stuff ;-)

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Gute Betten und eine top Küchenausstattung inklusive Rührgerät und weiteren Dingen, die man nicht in jeder Fewo findet. Der Pool hat eine ordentliche Größe und die Klimaanlage hat uns an den für Juni außergewöhnlich heißen Tagen gute Dienste geleistet. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist herrlich und zum See sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Eigentlich braucht man kein Auto, da auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war klasse und Andrea hat alle Anfragen sehr schnell und freundlich beantwortet. Colico ist ein niedliches Städtchen und wir kommen gerne wieder!
