Perfect holiday!

Lovely modern, very well equipped villa. The location is great if like us you want to stay away from the busy touristy areas but then just visit to get the best of both worlds. Gorgeous views of the mountains from all angles and really lovely to see the sunrise over the lake while drinking your morning coffee. A short walk takes you to a lovely beach area of the lake with a kiosk serving food and drinks and also kayak hire. Colico centre is a short drive away or walkable if you’re not too unfit, with many amenities there. We really didn’t want to leave and hope to return one day. Claudia was so lovely and welcoming and shared lots of helpful advice and tips. Would highly recommend to anyone.

An excellent villa with a first class host

Claudia was an excellent host who provided comprehensive and helpful information both before and during our stay. The villa was perfect for our needs, as two mature couples we had separate and independent sleeping/bathroom facilities but a functional and pleasant shared lounge/kitchen. The location of the villa was great - it was a 25 minute walk to the main square of Colico (5 minute drive) and there were also a couple of nice restaurants within a 10 minute walk. We particularly enjoyed the local shop and bar/community meeting place where all of the locals were friendly and welcoming. Travel was easy by car and ferry, with lots of beautiful places to visit.

Nothing. Totally out of Claudia's control the trains were not running due to maintenance on the lines. Had this not been the case travel would have been even easier and reduced the need to drive.

Beautiful villa, would recommend 100%

Absolutely everything, clean, modern beautiful home and location. The host Claudia couldn’t do enough for us, welcome pack with milk bread biscuits. Gave us lots of information for shops and restaurants near by! Would recommend to anyone who wished to have a beautiful stay with their family! Give a 10/10 if I could give more I would. Would love to come back! The views are something else!!

Tolle Wohnung mit Pool

Ein sehr schöner Pool und eine moderne und große Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Sehr sauber und schöne Lage mit super Ausblick. Die Vermieterin war ebenso sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gernel wieder.

Perfekt

Die Unterkunft war absolut perfekt. Sehr sauber und schöne Lage mit klasse Ausblick. Private Parkplätze sind ebenfalls genügend verfügbar. Die Gastgeberin hat sich sehr bemüht uns alle nötigen Informationen über die Unterkunft vorher mitzuteilen, so konnten wir bei Ankunft direkt problemlos einziehen. 10/10 Super freundliche Gastgeberin und fantastische Unterkunft. Werden aufjedenfall wiederkommen.

Alles gut und wir werden wiederkommen.

Sehr gut hat uns die die Raumaufteilung und der Platz gefallen. Es war optimal für eine zweiteilige Familie. Parkplätze waren direkt vor der Tür. Bis zu drei Parkplätze waren verfügbar.

Eigentlich gab es nichts an der Unterkunft auszusetzen. Wir hätten uns eine normale Kaffeemaschine (mit Filter) gewünscht, aber das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau.

Super Location und eine sehr tolle Gastgeberin! Wir waren eine Woche in Colico in der Villa Claudia. Wir hatten ein super Aufenthalt. Es fehlte uns an nichts, da das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet ist und die Lage toll ist. Der private Pool mit umzäunten Grundstück war auch sehr toll. Vielen Dank Claudia, für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Einfach perfekt :) es ist wirklich genauso schön, wie auf den Bildern!

Sehr schönes, modernes Haus mit wunderschönen Pool. Super sauber, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts - Netflix für Regentage. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, im Umkreis gibt es genügend Restaurants und kleinen Supermarkt. Die beste Pizzeria im Umkreis ist nur 50m entfernt. Claudia ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin, sehr bemüht und erklärt alles im Detail, dass nichts schief gehen kann.
