Nice apartment, comfortable, large kitchen, quiet area but nearby key touristic sights. Very good internet connection. Flexibility for check-in. Good value for money.
Could have put shampoo/conditioner in bathroom to further improve experience. Also you will receive a lots info about the apartment and Venice. Make sure you do not miss in the middle of the text the code to enter the apartment (!!).

Convenient location: Quiet neighborhood just 30–40 minutes from the airport and easy to find. Easy Transit: short walking distance to vaporetto water bus stops and good local restaurants. Good Amenities: Air conditioning works perfectly, and the kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. The apartment was clean and provided comfortable bedding for four guests.
No Wi-Fi: wireless internet did not work for our entire stay. The host refused to provide a solution because the "technician was on holiday". Broken plumbing - the shower pipe was actively leaking and left unrepaired. Health hazards caused by the visible mold on the walls, creating a serious air quality and health concern. Apartment looks worn down compared to the photos. The host's passive attitude toward urgent guest issues is highly unprofessional.
