Everything was of very good quality. The beds very comfortable. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. Breakfasts not just run of the mill. Excellent choices of breakfast items. Good location. Warm and convivial hosts

Stunning property, immaculately clean. So comfortable, huge room. Has everything you need for a relaxing time away. Comfortable quality linen & pillows & towels. Warm welcoming lovely hosts. Wonderfully perfect

There are so many’s things I could say about how wonderful this places is. Arthur, Aileen and Connie were welcome and amazing hosts. We felt so at home, spoilt. The room & house has a luxurious feel to it, the bed was so comfortable, we had a great sleep here. We left relaxed and refreshed after our stay. If you get the chance book this bnb, it’s the highlight of all our stays in Scotland.

5 star stay in beautiful Scottish home

Lovely house which only has two bedrooms available for paying guests as owners live in the house. Beautifully decorated large bedroom with large comfortable bed & very nice bathroom. Everything top quality. New towels, Nespresso, home made cookies in room. Delicious breakfast. Owner is a good cook with an interesting bookcase of cookery books. Berries from nearby farm the best we’ve ever eaten.

No tv in room. Not a problem for us.

Beautiful Victorian era house with lovely furnishings and interesting art. Well located within walking distance to the beach and town. Spacious, well appointed room with quality bed linen and furnishings. Great bathroom. Gracious host. And best breakfasts ever!

This B&B is exceptional in every way. Arthur and Aileen are welcoming and make you feel at home. their home is beautifully decorated to the highest standard and with sympathy to the architecture and age of the building. The eclectic artworks make your eyes wander and admire. Many talking points. The bedroom with glimpses of the sea is large and the bed very comfortable. All the facilities have been thoughtfully provided including beautiful sheets and towels, Aesop toiletries, assorted teas, fresh milk, coffee machine, homemade shortbread and fresh flower. All make for a wonderful stay THEN… there is the breakfast. Fantastic in every way. All homemade and exceptional. A wide choice of foods to tempt every palette. The best granola in the world. Walkable to the sea and town. We also recommend the charming local history museum and James’ ice-cream cafe nearby.

Lovely room with sea view in Nairn

Our room was very lovely (sea view, big en-suite bathroom, nice amenities), the house itself is gorgeous (nicely decorated, very comfortable and homely) and located close to the beach. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options to choose from. Our hosts Arthur and Aileen were very welcoming.

Everything! It was superb. Arthur and Eileen are exceptional hosts. They have a stunning home which you can't help but admire. The eclectic mix of old and new makes it a unique and beautiful place to stay. Everything was immaculately presented and clean and the quality was second to none. Arthur was attentive and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was superb with so much choice. Absolutely loved our stay and can't wait to return again soon.

Quiet, Beautiful House Near the Sea

Beautiful house on a quiet street within walking distance to town center and restaurants. Arthur is a very welcoming host who cooks great breakfasts. We were also treated with the most awesome shortbread made with his mother's recipe, and fresh flowers in the room. We are so glad we chose to stay here and in Nairn.

Arthur and Aileen welcomed us warmly to their home, offering suggestions of places to visit and dine as well as enjoyable conversation. Each evening we chose from a menu of breakfast items, each morning Arthur served us delicious home made fare. The details of their over 100 year old home serve as a wonderful backdrop to an amazing collection of art and antiques. Comfortable beds, huge windows with views of the sea. Excellent!

Warmest stay in Nairn!

The house is beautifully decorated and the room was very comfortable with an amazingly comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with a fab shower and separate bath. The location was good. Close enough to Inverness for those wanting to explore around and starting and/or ending the NC500 but also for those exploring around the Cairngorms. Plenty of places to visit nearby. The hosts Arthur and Eileen are very welcoming and really friendly and we could not have asked for better Scottish hospitality! We had a lovely time.

We had a wonderful stay in an exceptional B&B and look forward to a return visit if we are in Nairn again .

Everything! The hosts were welcoming, friendly and could not do enough to make us comfortable. The house was beautifully decorated and dressed and had a great ambience. The bedrooms were glorious - spotlessly clean , beautifully decorated and sublimely comfortable bed . The bathroom housed a huge , luxurious bath and shower with indulgent toiletries and fluffy towels . In addition fresh flowers and homemade biscuits provided a very personal touch . Breakfast was an absolute delight - from full Scottish to very imaginative , delicious alternatives and home made bread and preserves.
