It was perfect, increbile views, and the beach is just over the road. On top of that truly lovely hosts, and very comfortable bed! I'll be back again! Thank you Saskia

Location was quiet, although the "superb sea views" were distant ones.
The owner was a pleasant, laid back individual.
Although clean and of a good size, the room and contents were very basic and everything smacked of cheapness/thrift.
One of the smallest TVs - screen size was roughly that of a tablod newspaper - and was located high on the wall about 2m from the bed.
The complimentary toiletries were similarily minimalist.
Rate was room only - £125 per night fir a single.
There was what seemed to be a communal table in the hallway where I saw other guests eating, but I received no information as to its use from the owner.
