We had a delightful stay at the Newton Hotel.
I chose the Newton Hotel for my birthday treat from my husband. We were delighted with the room followed by breakfast the following 2 mornings. We had a delicious meal for dinner on the second night as we were meeting friends on our first night there.
I cannot think of anything that could have been better.

Wonderful hotel
We loved this hotel, it's one we've already recommended to friends and will stay at again. It's a beautiful property, the room we had was wonderful and the 3 Highland cows were the cream on the top.
We didn't like the welcome. When we were checking in, we were standing there at the front desk at about 3:30pm with our luggage and the lady wandered out and asked what we wanted in a quite brash tone. First impressions count!

A very comfortable stay in an excellent hotel.
The building. Room size was excellent and comfortable. Shower was the best. Lovely parkland setting and friendly staff.
The access road is in poor condition. Pothole repairs necessary.
