a wonderful location overlooking the Moray firth. It was easy to find with ample parking.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was superb. Our room was very clean, light and airy and quiet with no traffic noise.
For us only a small point but the TV a bit small .

John and Rachel were so welcoming and made our stay so delightful. The setting on the Firth was so peaceful and quiet. The breakfast and long chats with John and Rachel made our visit so special. We highly recommend this B&B for people who want to experience Scottish hospitality at its best.

Our stay at SunnyBrae was everything you expect from a great B&B. Gracious, engaging and helpful hosts - Rachel and John, a clean, comfortable and well equipped room, yummy breakfast and fabulous location overlooking the sea (a lovely spot to enjoy a glass or two of wine while taking in the view). Also had good parking and charging points for electric cars.
