Good location, close to Legian/Seminyak shopping areas. Staff were lovely and friendly. Many restaurants/laundry shops close by.
Bed very uncomfortable. There were not many amenities in the room such as water glasses/cutlery/extra towels. Despite it being a pool-front room, no pool towels were provided and staff didn't seem happy to provide them. I ended up getting very sick while staying and asked for more blankets/towels - staff said that this was not included in the room we booked.
