Very unsafe for childeren, tiles broken, sharp sudes of tile around the pool and many more issues!! We had the 5 br villa. After mentioning the issues they offered the another villa which was worst. No compassion at all, they even did not reply on bookings request.

Hidden little GEM in the back of SEMINYAK

The service is second to none. We stay here often because of this. The breakfast included is so good I don’t have to worry about looking for lunch as I’m not hungry until dinner. The hotel is beautiful and maintained the rooms are comfortable and air con is on point. The toiletries and bottled water are refreshed daily and the pools are just awesome and they get enough sun so you can swing comfortably in bath water for hours. If you have not stayed here you most definitely should. Puspa will take care of your booking and nothing is ever too much trouble!

Literally nothing

I booked 4 nights but checked out after just one due to serious safety and comfort concerns. There was no ventilation in the rooms, making it hard to breathe, especially at night. Shockingly, three different men knocked on my door late at night saying they were “looking for a friend.” The property is located right next to Kerobokan jail, and the whole place had a very uncomfortable, ghetto-like vibe. Despite raising my concerns within 5 minutes of checking in, I was only refunded for one night. I understand it was a non-refundable booking, but safety and basic comfort should be a given, not a gamble. Everyone seemed quick to take payment but unwilling to provide a secure or decent stay. The manager was friendly, but unfortunately that didn’t change the fact that I didn’t feel safe, and no proper resolution was offered.

Lighting in bathroom is bad, the bed is too high, kitchen set was not in a good condition (stove not properly work), tv channel was off for a day, fan is not working properly, sofa is dirty make our skin itchies, pathways to the villa is so narrow

The Ice coffee was nice. They clean the room every day.

The worst Wi-Fi what I have ever seen. Download and upload under one Megabyte or sometimes absolut zero. Breakfast have only filter Coffee or classic tea included. When you want a good Coffee, you have to charge extra. It is very noisy in the room and the kids play in the pool at 6:30 in the morning and there are no rules on quiet times. The same in the evening until 11 p.m. very loud and you can't relax.

It was good for a short stay.

When we arrived the room they gave us had a horrible black mould smell, the bathroom sika was covered in mould and the couch in the room also looked moldy. I would not usually complain but it smelt like we would get very sick staying in that room. The staff were lovely and moved us to a different room. The location on booking.com is incorrect. It it’s much further down the road. Which was inconvenient as I booked it to be next to a specific location but it was a 10 minute walk. The room was very light at night with no coverings over some glass blocks. It was also very noisy with locals using the back lane early in the mornings. The main door did not close properly which also let a lot of sound and light in. There was a 2cm gap between the doors.

it’s bit noisy from the pool area with screaming kids and adults, the sliding door is kinda broken so sometimes it does not lock when you try to lock the door ( which is dangerous if you don’t double check it) , cleaner did not clean the table in our balcony for couple of days ( half eaten food were there) and no bin around ( except the one inside the room) so we couldn’t dispose trash
