Perfect stay for a boys trip

Location was great with many shops and cafes nearby. Would recommend the chocolate factory a 5 minutes walk away which serves the best hot chocolate. 20 minutes walk to La Favella and other popular bars too!

Pool was a little green but didn’t stop us from getting in.

Everything that I need were provided, even small thing of cookware and seasoning are available. So happy!! Reach out to gusto gelato just by walk is amazing because my kid really loves ice cream^^ I cannot tell things that I like, because everything was just perfect!! Cleanliness, comfortness, well maintained property, and I would definitely go back!! Thank you orked villa ❤️

Exceptional

Private, spacious, friendly staff. Clean, well kept and the rooms always smell good. The accommodations for Muslim guest was appreciated. My family really appreciated the Javanese style wooden architecture and the of course having a rice cooker available. We cannot wait to return, this will certainly be our villa of choice for future trips.

Stunning comfort at a good price!

The villa was beautiful and well maintained, with the staff taking real attention to detail to ensure the property was clean, comfortable and luxurious. The location is good with a 15 minute walk to the main shopping and F&B part of Seminyak, while being peaceful and serene and serene as it was just off the main road.

Compact design interior + clean + comfortable + very comfortable for muslims guest because the owner provided sajadah + Al qur'an + direction of qiblat.

When raining, the water rain can get in to the floor of living room and the shoes can get wet.

Beautiful villa, very relaxing. Great for families. Kids loved the hammock and the pool.

Was beautifully presented. The lovely ladies that came everyday to clean did an amazing job. Place was always immaculate.

The stepping stones from the entry to the lounge/pool sit too high above the grass and made it a tripping hazard. My 4 year old tripped several times and coped some scraps.

The Best Villa with Affordable Price in Seminyak

I love everything from the property, it's an excellent service with an affordable price. There would be no doubt that would be my destination accommodation for my next family trip. Location in the center of seminyak area, help me easier to get an access to another location without any traffic issue.

Comfortable stay

The property was so spacious, lots of space for everyone to lounge around. The pool area was nice and relaxing, also equipped with an outdoor shower and bathroom for easy access. There were only 2 rooms and 6 of us so the staff prepared 2 additional mattress in advance (with no extra charge) which we could easily move to the entertainment room at night. We were impressed by the overall cleanliness and level of detail they had - toiletries were provided, towels were abundant and there were clothing racks with lots of hangers for us to do some laundry. Kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, a water dispenser with cold, room temperature & hot water and even condiments if you would like to cook. Air conditioning was great and gave us some much needed respite from the Balinese sun. We were also pleasantly surprised to find out that the villa had a security guard on duty at night, which made us feel safe since the surroundings can get rather quiet and dark. The staff were also very friendly, helpful & punctual - they gave us a very warm welcome upon arrival, offered to drop by daily to clean the villa and arrived promptly as we were about to check out.

We experienced some disturbance to the water supply on one of the nights but it was promptly fixed within an hour as soon as we informed Bapak Agung who was very responsive on whatsapp.
