Amazing

Villa Pool could be more cleaner

Really friendly staff who were around 24/7 to help with any questions. The pool was great and always clean, a quiet street but close to the main road for access to the beach, town etc. the room itself was great, there was a mini fridge and tv. The bed was perfect and very comfortable, and the AC worked well. There was a great supermarket just across the road as well as a pharmacy

We enjoyed how close the accom was to amenities, restaurants, Seminyak village and square. The staff were very accommodating and tried to be as helpful as possible which was very much appreciated. Loved the laundry service and quick response to queries and requests. Always easily contactable - also very appreciated. The pool right outside the rooms was a bonus and kept nice and clean on the daily.

We were very disappointed that we did not get the same standard of rooms particularly since we paid the same price. We had rooms 3, 6 + 7. We felt our rooms should have all been the same as room 3. The water pressure in Room 6 was ridiculous to be honest and flushing or showering became quite stressful. I felt a new room would have been appropriate especially when I had to call maintenance daily to try and mitigate the issues in the bathroom. Having to have cash to pay for additional services is inconvenient in this day and age.
