Great villa to relax at well set out. Close enough to the busy seminyak but quiet.
Grabs were very hard to get at our time here due to floods/ rain event that happened. We noticed this trip seminyak scooter drivers were being cunning shits, trying to scam more than just take your tip and go. Wanting 100-150k for 14k ride. We couldn't get scooters to book but 5 would stop and bargain.

Older well maintained property. Villa keeper, Made, is great, accommodating and diligent. Cooks breakfast for about $8 per head with great variety. Great space. Great for family or group of friends. Easy walk to supermarket and Seminyak main strip. Quiet... love how quiet it is at night.
Cooking utensils are old and low quality. There will be guests who would like or need to cook instead of getting takeouts or eat out. The frying pan especially annoying because it sticks and hard to clean. The sofa looks great in picture but not exactly comfortable. Bigger TV would be great too.
