Villa JATIMAS 6

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa, and Cinta was a big part of what made it so pleasant. She came every day to clean and was always warm, polite and genuinely helpful. What we appreciated most was how attentive she was. We mentioned one day that the balcony door wasn’t locking properly, and by the next day it had already been fixed. She was always quick to help with anything we needed, without any fuss. Cinta took such good care of the villa and of us during our stay. We’re very grateful to her and would happily stay here again.

Cinta always cleaned the villa really well, but the toilet itself didn’t have much ventilation, so it could get a little stuffy. It would be great if there was a fan or some kind of ventilation there.

Private, comfortable and quiet but still close enough to everything.

The villa was a decent size, the lady who met us was a wonderful help. She couldnt do enough to extend support.

The villa requires a few repairs, tiles on the exterior shower, dozens of missing pool tiles which were sharp under your feet. And pool water wasnt super clear as shown in pics. unfortunately the owner wasnt prepared to help when raising these with them. Neither direct or via booking.com

The service and cleaning staff were fantastic and lovey to deal with .

The building itself was very run down and owner needs to do some maintenance . Toilet seat was dodgy , handle of shower falling off , peeled paint and mould on outside , day bed mattress looks like needs replacing , the fittings in bathroom , toilet , bath shower etc all stained and perishing . Fittings need updating or replaced , needs some new life/ paint and a good water blast and exterior paint etc to bring back to a standard that it looks in photos .
