The villa was a decent size, the lady who met us was a wonderful help. She couldnt do enough to extend support.
The villa requires a few repairs, tiles on the exterior shower, dozens of missing pool tiles which were sharp under your feet. And pool water wasnt super clear as shown in pics.
unfortunately the owner wasnt prepared to help when raising these with them. Neither direct or via booking.com

Great hostess!! Cinta was fabulous n very warm n welcoming. The villa was very clean tho the pool could hv been better kept. Extremely central still away from main seminyak street

Rooms are huge, beds are really comfortable, great aircon, pool was really big, and clean.
Area is quiet but food delivery is really quick.
Owners were lovely!
Really enjoyed our stay
If I had to pick something, It would have to be the shower. Was not very good in our room but my daughters room was fine.

The service and cleaning staff were fantastic and lovey to deal with .
The building itself was very run down and owner needs to do some maintenance . Toilet seat was dodgy , handle of shower falling off , peeled paint and mould on outside , day bed mattress looks like needs replacing , the fittings in bathroom , toilet , bath shower etc all stained and perishing . Fittings need updating or replaced , needs some new life/ paint and a good water blast and exterior paint etc to bring back to a standard that it looks in photos .
