No small fridge in the room, uncomfortable bed (shoulders pain) some topper would solve the problem. Besides everything top, fair price.

Good location

The hotel’s location is good as it is near the center and near the beach. The design and the look of the hotel is more on old or vintage style.

Check out time stated at the booking is 11am. And we were surprised when the receptionist told us 10:30. So we had rushed to clear our things and our room. The hotel keys keychain is big and heavy.

Amazing attitude towards customers

The staff was amazing. They helped us to change our booking date as we had problems with our flight. They even did not charge us anything extra. At the same time the room was very big with good air conditioning and it was very clean. The beach was only two minutes away from the hotel.

Pleasant

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good.

Noisy people in the next room. I had to knock on their door at 1 am. Another night it was 11pm before they calmed down. Also I was surprised that the food was cooked off site. It arrived in a big black box!!!! I certainly didn’t expect that. There were no vegetables only salad to which you had to help yourself. The food wasn’T very hot.

La colazione era molto abbondante e deliziosa, la camera era spaziosa, aveva il frigo bar, l'aria condizionata e la televisone. I letti erano molto confortevoli

la vasca-doccia non era comoda, secondo me in un hotel a 3 stelle è giusto che ci sia solo il piatto doccia.

Abbiamo passato solo una notte in questo splendido albergo, tutto eccellente... Camera pulitissima, la cortesia e la gentilezza dello staff fa davvero la differenza, per concludere la posizione è ottima. Sicuramente torneremo a trovarvi

Ottimo soggiorno

Siamo stati davvero bene, il personale disponibile e cordiale ci ha consigliato bene sul nostro soggiorno. Non abbiamo avuto problemi nel trovare parcheggio libero a circa 100 mt dalla struttura che si trova decisamente vicino al lungomare. La colazione varia in tutto e abbondante, molto buono tutto!!!! Da ritornare con piacere. Al personale grazie davvero Bravi!!!

Recensione Hotel Morchio – Diano Marina

L’Hotel Morchio si trova in una posizione eccezionale, centralissima e a pochi passi dal mare e dal centro pedonale, perfetta per chi vuole muoversi comodamente senza auto. Il personale è cordiale, disponibile e molto accogliente, capace di far sentire gli ospiti subito a casa. Anche la pulizia delle camere e degli ambienti comuni è curata e contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno piacevole.

Tra gli aspetti meno positivi, occorre segnalare che alcune camere sono piuttosto datate e di dimensioni ridotte, con bagni davvero microscopici. Inoltre, non è presente il minibar in camera, un dettaglio che può risultare scomodo soprattutto per chi viaggia con bambini. Un altro punto critico è legato al parcheggio, praticamente assente: trovare posto nelle vicinanze è spesso complicato. Nel complesso, l’hotel resta una scelta consigliata per chi cerca comodità, accoglienza e pulizia in una posizione strategica, tenendo però conto di queste limitazioni pratiche.

Parcheggio a 15 euro (quindi non proprio economico) da lasciare con la camera quindi non usufruibile perché di notte si trova parcheggio ovunque....il problema del parcheggio è trovarlo di giorno

La atención del personal. Muy amables y siempre dispuestas a ayudar y brindar el mejor servicio posible. El desayuno estaba muy bien. La habitación era cómoda. La ubicación excelente.

El baño era bastante incómodo, el lugar de la ducha muy pequeño. El hotel en general necesita una renovación.
