Very good value for the money

I stayed 14 nights for work. The hotel manager did his best to solve any issues at all times and was very forthcoming. Wi-Fi in the room, after initial hiccup was fixed and worked well. There is a beautiful terrace with a splendid sea view from above, also with working Wi-Fi and during the day there were hardly any people. AC unit in the room was efficient and had a very good silent option as well as powerfull one. The breakfast is excellent value for money and I can recommend it. Staff serving was polite and helpful. The room and bathroom are big and there is a terrace in case there are smokers. ( we had the room at the far end of the lower floor which I think is somewhat bigger) They do their best to fit all cars, I always found a place either across the street or in the hotel parking and I was there during peak season July-august. The room was clean and we loved the towels also the bed linen and pillows were good. The shower always had hot water and lots of pressure.

Although The AC stopped working a few times, it was eventually fixed before it became a problem. I would have liked a bigger shower cabin. Our room did not have a view other than the other tourists but The hotel does have rooms with a sea view so you should ask for that if possible. It was not a priority for me. The walking distance to Diano is ok, depending on where you go , unless you are very tired or have walking problems as you need to go downhill-uphill for a couple of minutes (on average 15 to20) Overall a very good stay, will recommend and stay there again.

Excellent stay in Diano Marina

We had a wonderful time during our 5 day stay at this hotel. We loved the very spacious bedroom and bathroom, both very clean and in very good condition. The bedroom was equipped with air conditioning, a mini fridge and a balcony. We had the view on the pool and it was great. The pool is closed from 13 to 15 to ensure quiet time during the siesta and this was also great. The pool is very nice and well kept and it has also a sitting area with few tables in the shadow which is very relaxing. We ate at the hotel restaurant a couple of nights and we enjoyed some excellent local typical food and the beautiful view on Diano Marina bay. The beautiful sandy beaches are only few minutes away through a public footpath. There are many nearby bars and restaurants and the town center can be easily reached by a 15 minute walk that runs along the sea.

Room was a little noisy. To be aware...it is at the top of a steep hill and whilst this was fine for us if you have any mobility issues you will struggle

Very nice, clean facilities for the price. We were able to bring our bicycles into the room with us, a good plus. We didn’t eat there so I don’t have any information on the breakfast.

Exceptional

The property is right next to the beach and a 10 minute walk from the pubs and restaurants. It’s a perfect location and was really clean. The staff were polite and really helpful. The room was exactly what you needed.

Comfortable room with air condition, big fan and fridge. Terrace with very nice view to the city and bay. The breakfast was OK, except for the coffee.

You have to walk to the beach about 10 minutes, especially the free public beach is quite far. The swimming pool is small. The parking places are very narrow for a bigger car (e.g. my Opel Insignia).

Mooie locatie. Hoog gelegen, wat mooie uitzichten op de zee gaf. Afdaling via trappen naar het dorpje. Prima kamer met balkon. Schone badkamer met kleine douche. Fijn balkon en heerlijk verkoelend (onverwarmd) zwembad.

Le parking, la climatisation et le calme

L'accueil et le contact pas chaleureux, impression d'être des numeros ce qui nous a étonné pour un hôtel familial en Italie. Chambre d'époque mais tout fonctionne, le petit déjeuner avec l'horaire de fin à 09h45 et la salle du petit déj dans son jus.

Le fait qu'on nous vende une chambre avec vue mer ou piscine et qu'on se retrouve avec une terrasse partagée avec vue sur un mur. De plus l'apparence de la chambre est sommaire pour du trois étoiles, et le lit pour la troisième personne adulte convient plus à un enfant.
