A complete disappointment

A hotel with a great location is situated right on the beach.

We booked a junior suite through Booking.com for two nights for my wife birthday, which was supposed to have both a terrace and a balcony. Upon arrival, however, we discovered that our room only had a small balcony, even though the reservation clearly stated both a terrace and a balcony, and the photos also showed a terrace. A complete disappointment, it was not possible to change the room, and cancelling the reservation would have meant losing the entire payment.

Charming beach front hotel with lovely staff and fabulous food.

The hotel is well maintained with comfy beds and a nice atmosphere. Staff are really obliging. Breakfast is great and the food in the restaurant is excellent and decent value for the standard. It's a nice walk into town (about 10 mins) and everything is accessible.m

Hotel casts shadow over most of the beach except the front rows by about 3.30.

Everything was excellent, food, location, parking, electric charging station, facilities, etc.

The lifeguards were a nuisance, never watching the sea, always grouping together 3 people or so, smoking heavily some stinky cigarettes, and also fighting with the hotel owner when he reprimanded them for the exact same thing. The moment the owner left the beach, they returned to business as usual.

Location perfect right on beach with beautiful views. Easy to walk into town and other restaurants. The restaurant served delicious food with tables overlooking the bay.

I felt like home but with service of the good quality hotel

Excellent. What a SEA VIEW!!

Amazing top floor junior suite. Terraces/balconies in all directions. Fabulous view. Easy parking outside (free of charge). Best location in town. Will come back!!

The hotel has sunbeds on the beach on its premises. They should be free of charge for guests at the hotel and not 25 EURO for two beds/one parasol. A bit cheeky I think. We stayed an extra night and although we had a tight budget and were OK to be downgraded, we were a bit disappointed when we realized that the junior suite where we were the first night was not occupied. I think the hotel could have made a gesture and let us stay in the suite for the lower price. But anyway, turned out OK and we had a good price.

Very helpfull staff. Very clean hotel. Hotel had an "old Italian" ambience. Nice breakfast with good variety.

Room was a bit too small. The food was OK, but not great, sometimes the food was a bit cold.

Our stay was amazing we had a relaxing room and view and love the location.

the location was perfect for us, just right in front pf the beach and we have a stunning view from our balcony. and what I really like mostly is that the aircondition is perfectly working and the hot water in the shower stays warm compared to all the hotel we stayed in Italy. and there also a lot of choices of food for the breakfast.

Total disappointment

Liked · Only one thing was fine: panoramic view

- Partly missing window shades (it was a sun-side room) made our mornings terrible. - Room walls were dirty with a lot of visual defects and furniture were absolutely wear out (as example a broken bathroom handle and lock at balcony door). - When toiletries in bathroom have been run out nobody brought us a least 1 additional set, even after we have asked several times (6 nights, 3 person, there was included only one set for each person). - Sunbeds with extra costs: 30 eur per "day" !an amazing price! if take into consideration you are paying more than 300 eur for the 1 night in the ruin instead of "qulity" Junior Suite with Terrace and Sea View! And, unfortunately, sun wasn't on the beach after 4.30 pm so it means that you need to pay 30 eur for using it in 6-7 hours. - It was also problem to have a breakfast even it was on pre-filled list! Out of 6 days the 5 of them were like a disputation to assert for ordered position. I sad to say but it was worst experience I had with in Italy and in all my trips ever.

Lovely Hotel on the Beach

Very nice small hotel located directly on the beach with its own sun chairs. The staff is excellent and very helpful! Breakfast was good, too! The rooms are really nice and our room even had a Hamam Sauna and sea view. Location is superb, at the end of the beach in walking distance to the center and quiet at night. We had a very pleasant stay!!

Das familiengeführte sehr saubere Hotel verdient seinen Namen, es hat wirklich einen speziellen Charme, erinnert an vergangene Zeiten und entspricht trotzdem heutigen Bedürfnissen. Asserdem eine tolle Lage direkt am eigenen Strand, Wellenrauschen Tag und Nacht, wer es liebt, wird begeistert sein. Sowohl die Besitzer als auch die Angestellten sind freundlich, versuchen, jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, geben Tipps für Ausflüge und typisch ligurische Spezialitäten und Restaurants, die Fremde kaum finden würden, und dies, obwohl sie im Haus eine ebenfalls gute Küche haben.

Accoglienza e vista dalla camera suite. Letto e Bagno ottimi. Colazione.

Cassaforte in camera non funzionante. Impianto di climatizzazione dalle 06:30 di mattina ha smesso di funzionare, immettendo aria calda che ha reso il risveglio molto poco confortevole.

Die Lage ist gut, das Personal ist freundlich

Meiner Meinung nach einfach ein sehr schlechtes Preis/Leistung Verhältnis. Das Gebäude und gesamte Inventar ist Ur-Alt. Man bezahlt für Badetücher extra, Strandliegen und Schirm auch. Im Badzimmer riecht man die Kanalisation. Von mir keine Empfehlung.

Super Lage, feines Essen und gutes Hotel = schöne Ferien

Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Gutes Restaurant und Nähe zum Strand ist genial. Sehr schöne Zimmer. Speziell hervorzuheben ist, dass wir mit unserem Hund angereist sind und unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohl gefühlt. War eine schöne Zeit im Hotel, werden wir wieder machen.
