Het huis was echt top! Schoon, alles erop en eraan en de locatie was echt geweldig voor jlhet skiën. 200m lopen naar innerwald. Verbinding naar het dorp was ook goed.

Vor Ort alles perfekt, vorher die Abwicklung mit Interhome unprofessionell

Der Kontakt vor Ort... so eine herzliche und verständnisvolle Familie! Vielen lieben Dank nochmals! Super Brötchen Service!!! 6:15 Uhr waren immer unsere Brötchen vor der Tür. Klasse für alle die früh auf die Piste wollen! Total unkompliziert vor Ort. Kurze Wege zur Piste. Ski Keller der sogar abschließbar ist. Aufteilung der Wohnung bietet auch für ne große Gruppe (zu 8t) viel Privatsphäre (jedes SZ n eigenes Bad + Verteilung der SZ über zwei Ebenen).

Die Abwicklung über interhome! Erst wurde man fast täglich genötigt den vorab Check-in zu machen, mit der Androhung dass man sonst nicht die Kontaktdaten vor Ort erhält! So ein Druck habe ich noch nie erlebt ! Dann mache ich es... und die Daten kommen wiederum erst nachm zweiten verärgerten Nachfragen... auch nicht Mal mit einer Entschuldigung?! Der Witz ist, dass in jeder Androhungsmail stand, machen sie jetzt den Vorab Check-in, damit alles entspannter wird. Entspannt war im Vorfeld mit interhome gar nix!!! Sowas unprofessionelles wie die Abwicklung über interhome habe ich noch nie erlebt! Aber... zum Glück ist der Kontakt vor Ort ganz anders gewesen... ab da war wirklich alles entspannt! Die Inhaber sind vor Ort im Erdgeschoss... und waren bei uns immer erreichbar. Tipp: wenn die Anreise (nicht vor 15 Uhr bzw. zu spät am Abend) erfolgt, spart euch den überflüssigen nervenaufreibenden Kontakt mit interhome und habt lediglich den entspannten Kontakt vor Ort. Da ist nämlich wiederum genauso wie man es sich wünscht! Alles, wirklich alles (ok, es gab kein Backofen) war ansonsten perfekt!

Super Lage, sehr nette Vermieter, leider eine Wohnung mit Mängeln

Der Ess-/Wohnbereich war super

Die Bettwäsche war löchrig, keine einheitlichen Gläser (zusammengesuchte Werbegläser), in einem Bad blätterte der Putz ab, kein freies WLAN; Kauf des WLAN möglich, aber sehr teuer. Keine Küchenmesser, Schere, Töpfe waren für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein , bzw hatten keine Deckel.
