Super location and comfortable

Comfortable well layout apartment with good beds and 2 balconies, kitchen had everything you need, apart from an oven.

The WiFi, but they reacted quickly but unfortunately not possible to fix. Requires a new router.

Pleasant ski vacation

Very happy with the apartment and host. Everything was clean upon arrival, Hot water was excellent, kitchen had everything we needed (fridge, utensils, microwave, plates, coffe maker and a big table). There were 2 separate single-beds that could be united if needed + a large extended sofa. Night was quiet for the entire week we stayed. There is a separate room for skis which also had ski boot heaters (some of them were colder so make sure to hand check them first) accesible via key. To get to the ski area there's a convenient public elevator just 2minutes walking/150m from the property and also there are bus stations exactly in front of the building and opposite direction just over the road and 30m to the right. The owner also has a bar called Live bar across the street and to the right where you can find him at anytime and talk if needed (we met up there for the keys as we arrived pretty late). There's plenty of restaurants nearby (as it's on a main road), ski rentals and 2 supermarkets (5mins away) but beware of the closing time as pretty much everything (but restaurants) close at 6 or 7pm. Overall recommended and would book again.

The appartment house is located on the main street in the center of Sölden. All shops, bars, restaurants etc. are nearby. The studio is nicely designed but quite small. However it was equipped with almost everything we needed to make our short 3 nights stay comfortable. Communication was owner was easy.

The studio was quite noisy. Especially when your neighbours love making parties until 4 a.m. The microwave is missing and storage spaces are limited.

Perfectly located with a incredibly friendly staff.

The staff were extremely helpful. I arrived late at night and they were so polite and attentive they made the late-night check-in easy. Additionally, coordination and help was always available and flexible to suit my needs. And when I forgot something they were very attentive and help find and then return my item.

Honestly, there are no complaints.

Superb location, great hosts, modern and well equipped studio

Location, location, location! Great value for money given the location of the apartment. Easy check-in and friendly host. Host provided free Covid tests for our stay, although we did not need them but this is great hospitality. We had studio apartment which was well equipped in terms of kitchen items and hair dryer. Small terrace was great to have. Beds were comfortable and TV even had Netflix. Returning to location - located on main street with all bars, restaurants and shops on your door step. Would return for sure.

Superb

Location was just perfect, right next to the glacier bus stop (which was needed because it was pre-season). During the wintersport season the two main cable cars are walking distance. The rooms looked brand new, and very clean.

В самом центре города. Возле отеля две автобусные остановки , которыми легко добраться до подъёмников ( две остановки в обе стороны) В 100 метрах бесплатный лифт - фуникулёр, который поднимет Вас на склон для катания и к хорошему бару Philipp. В отеле есть комната для хранения и сушки лыжного снаряжения( закрывается на ключ)- экономит ваши деньги на аренду шкафчиков , т.к. автобус перевозит с лыжами и снаряжением бес проблем. Стоянка для авто. Все в пешей доступности (без снаряжения)

Плохая светомаскировка на окнах. Днем если отодвинуть шторку, то из-за отсутствия гардины ты как на ладоне из окон соседей. Но вечером шторы не спасают от уличного освешения и рекламных бигбордов- светло как днем! Отсутсвие микроволновой печи создаёт дискомфорт в приготовлении завтрака. Электро Печка с посудомоечной машиной не помагает к сожалению. Так как все бары и рестораны работают с 12 часов. Близкое расположение к дороге создает в ночное время шум от проезжей части

Das Zimmer (A3) war schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Die zentrale Lage ist wirklich überragend. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten zwei wirklich schöne Abende bei Livemusik im Live schräg gegenüber (sehr zu empfehlen).

Odwiedziłam tę miejscowość kolejny raz pobyt uważam za udany.

Obiekt usytuowany w samym centrum miasta blisko do gondoli , na przeciwko przystanek autobusowy.

Brak miejsc parkingowych , właścicielka obiektu Pani w siwych długich włosach bardzo nie miła i arogancka strasząca policją kiedy zaparkowałyśmy pod bramą wjazdową przy obiekcie .Mieliśmy w cenie miejsce parkingowe którego w rzeczywistości nie ma. Obiekt posiada kilka pokoi a miejsca zaledwie na 4 samochody. Musiałyśmy przestawić samochód wystając na część chodnika i strefę na której stał stojak na narty obok przystanku autobusowego. Stojak ten został przesunięty przez Pana który przyszedł z właścicielką gdyż nie wiedzieli co zrobić bo nie maja wystarczającego miejsca parkingowego .Nasze wystające auto było narażone na uszkodzenia gdyż znajdowało w strefie gdzie narciarze czekają na autobus i wiadomo każdy mógł zahaczyć nartami lub kijkami.

Jesteśmy zadowoleni.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Czysto. Dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny, były kostki do zmywarki, płyn do naczyń, ścierki. Bardzo miłe , że były kapsułki do ekspresu. Schowek na rowery. Ładnie. Nie było szamponu i płynu pod prysznic, ale my byliśmy przygotowani. Wygodne, duże łóżko.

Gorąco w środku, otwarte okna nie dają wietrzenia bo muszą być zasłonięte - inni mogą zaglądać do środka. Dosyć głośno, szczególnie rano. Brak suszarki na ubrania, nie ma balkonu. Bardzo ciepłe kołdry.
