Just perfect!

This is a perfect place if after a day of ski you want a clean and quiet place to relax. The bus stop is right there but the Gaislachkogel cable is just a 6 - 7 minutes walk away with just a little level difference; waiting for the bus is really not necessary. There is plenty of space in the apartment and you even get an infrared relaxing chair to relieve your muscular strain at the end of the day. The Mpreis supermarket is also just a short and scenic (yes!) walk away. The property is not on the main street so you don`t get any of the traffic noise from there. The parking is covered and the height of the roof is some 3 meters - if you have a supplemental trunk above your car you can still fit it in. The hosts are very polite and unintrusive and you really feel at home. All in all a perfect experience

The internet is not the best so don`t count on it if you want to do a lot of online stuff while inside; anyway, if you`re there for a real vacation, you`re supposed to stay mostly offline anyway!

I recommend for stay.

The location of Solden town is fantastic. Apart is situated near, within walking distance, of the cable car to Gaislachkogel. You can also use public transportation, but it operates only 1-2x per hour. Walking is a better variant. Owners of the Apart are fantastic, helpful. It was one of the best accommodations we have had.

Great winter holidays

Highly recommend this place. We arrived late at night due to very bad weather conditions and still managed to check-in smoothly, as the hosts left us detailed instructions. The studio was very spacious, definitely bigger than expected. In the pictures on booking.com you can see that there is a panoramic view of the mountains from the windows and we actually considered whether this could be a photoshop edit, but it is not and the view is actually better in reality than in the pictures. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very kind and hospitable. I'd definitely visit again if we traveled to that region in the future.

Perfect for winter sports enthusiasts

Location was perfect, just far enough from the "party" centre for it to be quiet and serene. Very close to the main ski lift station. Apartment was well stocked with dishes and one could prepare a fairly good meal at home without using own kitchenware. Apartment was as advertised with no hidden caveats. Based on my experience I would strongly recommend staying here. View from the apartment overlooks the mountains (see photos). Store nearby within walking distance with a very peculiar access with hanging bridge over the ravine.

Cozy and charming place

The hosts are very friendly and their attention to details is incredible. Best accomodation we ever had in a ski resort. There is a free parking and a ski&boot storage room inside the house so everything is safe. The place is very clean and charming. We had the nederkogl appartment that has a bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The gondola is walking distance (5minutes) and the center is 10-15 minutes walk. There is also a cool Mpreis near.

A lot of space. Kitchen equipped. Bathroom equipped and big. Everything clean. Cosy and warm and dry. Dead quiet place. Perfect for couples and families. Hosts are very nice, polite and helpful. We want go back there

We don't like so hard mattresses. Softer would be better for us. Booking wants me to write some more but there is nothing else coming into my mind right now. Maybe a bit of sand on the outside when there is a lot of ice would be a bit more safe? Nothing big.

Very pleasant stay overall, look forward to coming back next season

The apartment is very spacious and super well equipped. The view from the windows and balcony is second to none. Basically the apartment has everything we ever needed and better, with impressive attention to detail. The host Irmgard is always helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. It's about 6-8 min walk from one of the main lifts which takes you to a high top and 007 Elements museum, so location wise it's not bad at all, and if you like a quiet setting, it's the one. Last but not least, the ski room on the ground floor is very handy, with the electric boot drying rack working daily.

Superschoon appartement met fantastische host en zicht op de berg

De host en hygiëne! Appartement was hartstikke schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Handdoeken en toiletpapier kregen we zelfs extra in het midden van de week! Broodjes voor het ontbijt stonden iedere ochtend vroeg voor de deur en tips voor restaurants in de buurt werden met veel liefde gegeven. Wij zouden hier zo terugkomen!

Er was veel zitruimte in het appartement, maar echt een gedeelde woonkamer was er niet. Niet storend, maar soms ben je gewoon even klaar met zitten aan tafel en wil je hangen met elkaar ;-)

Sehr nette Inhaber !!! Man hat sehr oft gefragt, ob es uns an was fehlt !! Von der Übergabe bis hin zum auschecken war alles super !!! Tolle Lage, Gaislachkogelbahn 10 Min zu Fuss, 2 Min mit dem Auto, Giggojochbahn 5 Min mit dem Auto…Wir kommen definitiv wieder !!

Außergewöhnlich und sehr nette Gastgeber

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Betten waren nicht zu hart oder zu weich. Wir haben wunderbar geschlafen. Auch der Rest des Appartements war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Bei Anliegen hat sich Fam. Gstrein sofort darum gekümmert. Vielen, lieben Dank und wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Es hat alles gepasst und wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche.

Das Appartement Söldenkogel ist sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Es hat zwei Doppelzimmer und ein Einzelzimmer, zwei Badezimmern, eine Küche und kleines Wohnzimmer. Die Handtücher und Badetücher wurden nach 3 Tagen ausgetauscht. Die Wohnräume waren sauber. Zur Weihnachtszeit wurde das Apartment und das ganze Haus schön dekoriert. Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Flussläufig sind Bäckerei, Lebensmittelmärkte und die Gaiskogel Bergbahn erreichbar, alles ca. 7-10 Minuten.

Freundliche Gastgeber und Natur pur

Vieles, aber ganz besonders die Ruhe und die Nähe zur Natur. Die Gastgeber kennen sich sehr gut mit den örtlichen Wandermöglichkeiten aus.

Man findet immer etwas: die Matratzen waren durchgelegen, die Küche könnte etwas sauberer sein, das Bad müsste vielleicht auch einmal überholt werden. Trotzdem, danke für die Gastfreundschaft!

Geweldig verblijf in Sölden

Ons verblijf in Bellavista was geweldig! Het appartement is goed uitgerust, modern en schoon. Het ligt op een fijne locatie in Sölden; dichtbij de gondel, bakker en de supermarkt. Het balkon heeft een prachtig uitzicht! Naast dat de omgeving erg mooi is, kan je na een lange dag ook lekker ontspannen in het appartement dmv het bad en de infraroodstoel. De eigenaresse is erg vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam! Wij zouden hier graag terugkomen!

Super lieve eigenaars, heel behulpzaam. Alles is aanwezig wat je maar kan bedenken. Appartement is heel mooi, proper. Het bed slaapt super goed en de lakens en handdoeken ruiken heel erg lekker. We missen het er nu al en kijken uit naag volgend jaar 🤗
