We stayed in the recently added top floor apartment: comfortable, spacious, two en-suite double bedrooms plus a large lounge with a well equipped kitchen. Big balcony/terrace on two sides with fabulous Mountain views. Even equipped with its own one person sauna. Ideal ski-in/ski-out location opposite the beginners slopes and still close to the town. Owners really helpful and friendly, speaking excellent English.
Nothing really. The fifth member of our group slept on a great sofa bed in the lounge, but had to go through a bedroom to reach a bathroom.
The five minute walk to the town is short but requires a walk down a sometimes icy but gentle ski slope. Once across the ski slope, it’s a two minute free ski lift down to the town center. By car it’s just a three minutes drive to the shops.

Ski in ski out was good. the balcony was amazing. very beuatifull view.
The worst thing was the spa. Its a joke. Look at the pictures I uploaded. It says on the website: "After a day in the mountains, you can relax in the Edmund guest house's spa area with an infrared cabin, a hot tub and a solarium." Are you f### kidding me? The spa looks like a students bathroom., or maybe a Thai brothel, dunno never went inside. I can not imagine anybody uses it. Also House Edmund claims the centre is a 10 mintute walk. This is crazy. Its 25 minute walk up a mountain. You will be exhausted when you arrive. Dont do it call a taxi instead. Or use the cable that goes untill 22.00. if you dont mind crawling on a ski piste that you have to cross, it gets slippery in the evening. Yeah, location sucks a bit, breakfast also not impressive. The windows dont have curtains so look forward to waking up when the sun does. After three days they complained to me that we didnt clean the kitchen well enough. Not what you want when you rent an appartment. Its my appartment for a week when I pay 3000 euros. I go on a holiday to relax after all the complaining in the rest of the year. It still found me on my holiday. Also dont take the bus to the lift, they give you a schedule but the bus doesnt come. Just take the ski's down its fast and easy, even though they told us not to do it. We booked here because they have a 9,5 but I am sure its a manipulated number. They dont deserve it.
