A (by Glasgow terms) cheap, very basic, very small room that was as expected, based on the description given in the listing.
Despite being very worn and shabby in places, everything was clean.
There was a terrible smell on entering the building, but this was limited to the entrance stairwell.
I had left some belongings including my laptop in the room while I was out, because of this, I had left the curtains and window closed. As outside the window is a fire escape.
When I returned a few hours later I found that someone had been in the room to empty the bins and had opened the curtain and opened the window fully .

It’s a very good set up. It accommodate for my HGV. Anyone who’s drives that will understand that getting parking at local guesthouses can be a nightmare. The place is well covered with cctv (secure) and the staff are very friendly.
