Great value hotel. Staff were great. Breakfast was lovey. Room was comfortable with decent size bathroom. Bar area was lovely.

The location and the fact that there is a restaurant and a ‘Barista Bar’ on the premises serving the most amazing food in the whole of Airdrie
The bathroom in the room we had didn’t have anywhere to hang the wet towels after you use them simple things that could easily be sorted.

Dairy free milk was available, which was nice because I'm lactose intolerant
- Room had an ironing board but no iron.
- We had been booked for 2 adults but were only gave 1 teabag and 1 cup for the instant coffee that was in the room, complete with only cows milk despite me asking for dairy free milk (lactose intolerant) to cool it with.
- The signal in the area wasn't great
- The coffee for breakfast tasted like it was used more than once and burnt between uses, assumedly it came from a machine but even machine and filter coffee doesn't usually taste that bad.
- Asked for soya milk with my breakfast coffee, assuming that things aren't dated for when they are opened as when I poured the milk into the coffee, I could see that it was off, by how it sank to the bottom like sand even after stirring.
- Pretty sure the mattress in our room was broken, as I had a large section of it digging into my back
- The room was very warm without having the heating on, so we had to sleep with a window open, only to be woken in a panic at like 5am (estimated) by the bottle bin skips being emptied
