The property was very clean and run by two lovely people who made our stay wonderful. A good breakfast to start the day with plenty of choice. The room was well thought through with everything you could need, including cooled water on the landing which was a blessing during the hot weather alongside a small fridge to keep your beers or other items cold. Good location being within an easy walk of the town centre. The B&B was full of quirky and funny items that made you smile when you spotted them.

We were very impressed with the hosts and their property. We have already told all our family and friends recommending Picaroons as the perfect place to stay when travelling to North Norfolk.
We had no complaints at all. Christine and Ian exceeded all our expectations

Great breakfast.
Clean and tidy room , with huge en-suite shower
The bed was too low and hard.
