A brilliant, well run B&B in an excellent location. Top notch in every way.

Clare runs a brilliant b&b. The breakfast is exceptional, the pperty spotlessly clean with all the facilities you could want. Ideally located in the centre of sherringham. Nothing is too much trouble. I couldn't have booked a better place for my Dad's 80th birthday treat stay away.

Very pleasant long pre Xmas weekend in Sheringham.

The room was nice and comfortable. Clare was an excellent host and prepared wonderful breakfasts. Very good location and a in a nice part of Sheringham. Close to all amenities.

A charming b&b in the heart of Sheringham with the perfect host. Clare's breakfasts are to die for and the house is spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed meeting the other guests.

The only downside is the parking in high season, but several other guests benefited from the nearby public transport and came by train.

Claire,, the host was exceptional, very friendly, nothing was to much trouble for her. The whole place was very clean and well thought out, extra special little touches throughout our stay. The breakfast was excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to come back again and would 100% recommend it to my friends.

Perfect weekend break!

On arrival at the property we were delighted with the location, it was a beautiful house with an immaculate front garden. Inside was everything was just as good, far exceeded our expectations! We were greeted on arrival by the lovely Clare who was warm, friendly and informative.

Beautifully cooked breakfast with a wide choice available and smart modern decor.

Clare is very welcoming & helpful. Lovely decor in the bedroom & dining room. Lots of unusual choices of breakfast available including different juices. A space is available in the dining room should one wish to eat a takeaway, back at the b&b. Parking is on the street but we didn’t have to wait long until a spot became available. Very close indeed to the town centre. We had a lovely two night stay and would definitely recommend this b& b.

Sheringham gem by the seaside.

Everything was perfect, Clare was the perfect host. Lovely house and good furnishings. Only 300 metres from the sea and 10 mins to the station and buses.

Perfect facilities, exceptionally clean, hosts are amazing, professional attentive. Room is fantastic en-suite excellent. The breakfast is top quality fresh fruit cereals yoghurts toast the full English is exceptional scrambled eggs are exceptional fantastic shaped fried bread quality of ingredients top quality

This property was impeccably clean and tidy. You could easily imagine that this property was brand new. Excellent breakfast and host. Made us feel very much at home. You can tell that Clare takes great pride in looking after her guests and her property. This is probably the nicest B&B we have ever stopped in.
