Well above average probably the best we’ve stayed in.

The property is centrally located for all that Sheringham has to offer. Arrive, park up and walk into the town from then on. Well appointed room with above average facilities, a comfortable bed and an excellent breakfast choice. Welcoming and affable hosts who were an absolute delight.

We had the best time.Comfortable & luxurious

The room we stayed in was of a high standard. Good quality interior. Exceptional clean. Comfortable bed and good quality linen. Large ensuite with good quality towels/ toiletries. It was in an excellent location - quiet but walkable to sea front / train station / Tesco. Not far from other great Norfolk places like Holkham

That we couldn’t stay longer! Also hard to book in as usually fully booked!

Love the bathroom toiletries! The room was very clean and warm Quiet location and very satisfying breakfast,

Found towels on the small side.. Found the bed on the small size. didn't quite go with the size of the room that had been described as a king size room. TV could have been a bit bigger.

Everything about our stay here was excellent, from the crisp white sheets, the homemade cake and the tasty breakfast. The proprietors were both friendly and professional and there were so many extra personal touches in the room - we would definitely recommend this b&b and stay there again.

A lovely relaxing visit and stay with a couple of niggles.

A lovely gust house in a quiet residential road, we were welcomed by Andrew who greeted us and booked us in speedily and efficiently. The room was lovely and well appointed with a super view over the garden. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom lovely. Breakfast was a delight and although we only had fruit the cooked options looked delicious. The garden was quiet and peaceful too.

The bath was difficult to get in and out of as it was rather too deep. My wife thought the toilet was rather higher than standard as she found that her feet were off the floor when she used it. I would have appreciated a table to go with the comfortable chairs to have my cuppa at rather than sit on the bed. Also it would have been nice if more than one window opened for additional ventilation.
