A little difficult to park close by, but no big deal.

The property is beautiful and very spacious. Three ensuite bedrooms. Kids loved it! Enough space to even play hide and seek.
Everything we needed was available in the kitchen , all the appliances were in a clean good working order.
Very close to all amenities, three minutes walk to CO-OP across the bridge.
45min drive to Glenshee ski resort. The road is absolutely stunning!
Beautiful area.
I would definitely recommend it!
There are a few things we didn't like:
* there is no parking next to the cottage even for loading/unloading. You have to carry your stuff for 200-300m depending on how far down the street you managed to find a space to park. As we were coming for a ski trip we had a lot of skiing gear to carry.
* The other thing was that we found the cottage very cold on arrival. It took a few hours to get it warm enough to take the coats off. Especially cold was the downstairs bedroom, there is only one small radiator under the window sill which struggles to warm the spacious room up.
* There is a wood burner available in the lounge if you are comfortable with the warming-the-chimney-up process. We have no experience in doing it and didn't want to end up with the house full of smoke , so didn't get to use it.

The property was beautiful and in a very quiet location, close to local amenities too. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend Christmas
