Home Sweet Apartments

At a given point a power outage occurred. Fortunately, it was soon fixed via a Whatsapp session and remote help/instructions. After having left the appartment on the last day, it was possible to deposit the luggage in the office during the office hours,

It would have been nice to have a drying rack (clothes airer). The garbage collection was pretty noisy and even two times daily (nightly). It did not directly have to do with the appartment, it is a given in the downtown I guess, but it still influenced the overall experience.

The location was good and within easy walking distance from buses, metro, and shops.

There is no handrail leading up the main stairway to the apartment. the treads of the steps are very narrow and actually very dangerous hence my comment that it would not be family friendly for small children. Also for 3 women - 1 of whom is in her 70's- it was very difficult to carry suitcases up such narrow, steep steps. Also there were no wine glasses in the apartment - such a pity having to drink delicious Portuguese wine from thick juice glasses.
