Excellent séjour ! L’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre de Lisbonne, ce qui permet de visiter la ville facilement à pied. L’appartement est spacieux, très propre et agréable à vivre. Les hôtes sont extrêmement gentils, accueillants et disponibles. Nous recommandons cet hébergement sans hésiter !

We addressed a few items with the owner but they did not respond. The beds were comfortable. The location was pretty good. We found the cost to be high. We were in europe for 3 weeks so compared to that, this unit was not cleaned properly and the price was the highest we paid. The inside of the fridge was dirty. The kitchen was not cleaned. The appliances needed to be wiped clean. The "dripping" problem in the main shower was brought to our attention however, it should be fixed as it drips cold water on you while you shower and you can't move anywhere else in the small shower. The other bathroom was not an alternative as it smelled like urine when the water hit the tub and curtain and the spray was erratic. It was nasty. In the livingroom, something had spilled down the side of the table but it had not been cleaned up. Also the deadbolt lock did not work.

It is very roomy, perfect for a family or pair. Very well cleaned. Beds are comfortable, clean. It seems like it used to be a family living there. It is like home.

Just like home, there are some improvements needed. Especially in showers. The shower curtain smells moisture as all textile shower curtains do in the main bathroom. Needs to be replaced with a better shower solution rather than curtain. The second shower leaks cold water from the upper side on you while showering. Needs repairs or replacement with a more modern one. Garage is designed for normal cars of 1990 so if you are arriving with a large car, be cautious while going down.

"luxury" este doar marketing! In realitate, apartamentul este neintretinut si curatenia lasa de dorit: mucegai la cabina de dus, praf pe toate aparatele de AC, baile si chiuveta din bai si bucatarie doar clatite, pahare murdare in dulapul din bucatarie, resturi suluri hartie igienica in dulap baie Desi anuntasem din timp sosirea la locatie spre finalul intervalului de check-in, ba chiar, luand in calcul o intarziere a avionului am solicitat, daca va fi cazul, un check in intarziat ( pentru care am fost informata foarte rapid ca trebuie sa platesc 30 Euro la booking) apartamentul nu era curatat si pregatit de a fi preluat cand am ajuns - cu 20 min inainte de finalul perioadei de check-in - A trebuit sa mai asteptam 40 min, mutandu-ne cu bagajele dintr-o camera in alta, ca persoana ce ar fi trebuit sa faca curat in apartament sa-si termine treaba. Tot ce a facut in perioada cat am asteptat a fost sa dea cu aspiratorul prin apartament... Baile nu au fost igienizate, nu s-a spalat pe jos, nu a fost sters praful
