Todo. Es un apartamento muy cómodo que tiene todo lo necesario para una buena estadía en Lisboa. Alex fue un excelente anfitrión que accedió a todas nuestras solicitudes. Un lugar muy limpio y bien equipado.

Debido a que el ascensor estaba en mal estado tuvimos que utilizar las escaleras para acceder al 4to piso.

4 floors up especially if you have to walk up for those not wanting to use the elevator (wheelchair ? and space issues). The location description is questionable as there is no immediate indication in the announcement that it is a shared space. You don’t get that information until you read the reviews some of whom had expressed their surprise too upon arrival. We had an unfortunate experience involving this point. The day after our reservation we contacted Booking.com to address the shared issue as we like our privacy. After some discussion with them and they with the owner we came to an agreement that the owner would NOT rent out the other unit during our 1 night stay. The night before leaving for Lisbon we received a direct message from the owner that he had decided to “extend” the stay of the other unit thereby disallowing us the opportunity to cancel and find a more suitable option. Not a good start o our trip that lingered on during our stay. Upon arrival we were welcomed with a big smile and a “special” bottle of wine gift and plenty of excuses and apologies. All good and well but that didn’t cover our disappointment and the manner in which our agreement had been disregarded. We clearly will not be returning to the location on future trips to Lisbon. As with some similar experiences with Booking.com and Airbnb.com type of lodging it can at times be a bit of a hit and miss issue. Most of the time the issues revolve around lack of proper management and experience skills and somewhat dubious location information. At the end of the day the responsibility lies with the booking agents to prevent this from occurring.
