Bright, newly renovated top-floor loft apartment on a quiet street, near Avenida da Liberdade and steps from Avenida Metro. Sleeps up to 5. Historic charm, modern comfort
The apartment occupies the top floor of an 18th-century Lisbon building. It has been carefully renovated, keeping the original wooden beams and floors and adding a modern kitchen and bathroom, with eclectic décor and plenty of natural light.
Living and dining
The spacious, light-filled living room has a lounge area with oversized cushions, an LED TV with cable channels and a Marshall sound system (Bluetooth or aux). Step onto the balcony for a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine over the rooftops.
Kitchen
The open kitchen has everything you need to cook: fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, good knives and all the cooking basics.
Bedrooms and bathroom
• Bedroom 1: queen bed
• Bedroom 2: two single beds
• Living room: retractable single bed for a 5th guest
• Room-darkening shades for a good night's sleep
• Modern bathroom with double sinks, hairdryer and free toiletries
• Fresh linen and towels provided

You'll have the whole apartment to yourself, including the balcony. Self check-in with a smart lock means you can arrive at any time; I'll send you the code before your stay. Paid street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

I'm a message or a call away throughout your stay, whether it's for restaurant tips or help in an emergency. On arrival you'll find a personal guidebook with my favourite sights, viewpoints and places only locals know.
Other things to note
• Check-in from 15:00, check-out by 11:00. Early or late check-in is often possible, just ask.
• The apartment is on the 4th floor of a traditional building with no lift. The stairs can be tiring with heavy luggage and may be difficult for guests with reduced mobility.
• The original wooden floors carry sound, so please keep noise down, especially with children and after 22:00, out of respect for the neighbours below.
• No smoking, no pets, no parties or events.
• For everyone's safety, there is a security camera in the building's stairwell.

This is a fantastic property in a great location in Lisbon. It is within walking distance to lots of great restaurants, stores, transportation, and things to do in Lisbon, but it's also in a quiet neighbourhood. It's well equipped with everything you need and there are lots of grocery stores nearby. The apartment was very clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with Nuno was great. He was always quick to respond and helpful, and the check-in process was easy. We stayed here with our two daughters for a family vacation and it was perfect.

What a great flat, stay, experience. Everything was as advertised, in fact, even better. Before, during and after was easy, no issues and clearly communicated. We HIGHLY recommend this listing. You will get used to the 67 steps to the flat. It is well worth it.

We really enjoyed the space; it's in a beautiful old building that has been lovingly restored (entry and hall still in process of renovation). Definitely 4 flights up. The apartment is bright, spacious and very attractively furnished and decorated. The central location put us within easy reach of surrounding neighborhoods.

We stayed in this lovely apartment for a month. The place is fully renovated, in a generally quiet building. We were in Lisbon during some seriously bad weather, and the apartment became our sanctuary from the wind and rain. The bright and sunny spaces with quality climate control was important. The owners have carefully thought through nearly everything you will need. The kitchen is well equipped, so cooking is a breeze. The bathroom is lovely with seriously hot water. The apartment is wonderfully located within walking distance downtown, the metro and shopping. Beware, the stairs are nontrivial, as the apartment is at the top of the building. But don’t let that stop you!
