Staff & location. Both excellent.
No air conditioning, but considering it was a heatwave, slept well due to the high ceilings & fan.

The location of this is outstanding. Torno is gorgeous. We found the staff super helpful, the value of the stay was brilliant- they arranged a garage to park in for our stay. Breakfast was great. We ate one night at the restaurant and sat outside which was such a perfect setting- good food and drink and low price.
We stayed during a heatwave and it was 36 degrees. The room was exceptionally hot. We had to sleep with window and balcony door open, but then was disturbed by noise. The bad sleep was worth it for everything else!

Wonderful place to stay: huge room with good bathroom facilities; clean & tidy.
Amazing view from balcony over lake & little harbour; staff friendly & helpful; breakfast delicious & good range from which to select; just loved it: highly recommend it as a peaceful retreat from busy- ness of Como & Bellagio. Regular boat ferries meant we didn’t feel isolated.plenty of walking available: amazing church.
