Location, space, comfort, facilities (inc en-suites for all but one bedroom) and welcome from the owner.
Extra energy costs that were buried in the listing, under pricing details. They should be more obvious or included. Waterproof sheets on, one if not all, beds these are abhorrent things that should be illegal for all potty trained people. Having a double bed for solo use at least I could move to a dry side when the first became too sweaty! Had there been two of us if would have been removed.

Such a great house. we particularly loved the outdoor area. plenty of space for the kids to play. It was in a great location near glenveigh National park, ards forest park and loads of great beaches. Definitely recommend for families.

The house is brilliant. Lots of space for all the family. Children loved the garden and the view was absolutely beautiful. Very comfortable, clean and spacious home from home with everything we needed for an enjoyable break. Beautiful beachs close by and we saw some great wildlife including seals with pups, herons and hares. Visited Portsalon, Downings and Fanad lighthouse which were all wonderful.
