During our stay an issue was discovered in the apartment. Gabriel, the host, responded immediately, handled the situation and provided partial compensation. We appreciate the quick and responsible way it was managed.

First and the most important, we were bitten, and we woke up every day with new bites. We saw a bug on the wall on the first day, but didn't pay much attention to it. Perhaps they were bedbugs, we don't know. We recommend checking the premises because the bites are grouped together and in places where the body was covered by clothing. Second and the most annoying is the arrival procedure and not working parking remote. To get the key from the parking, you will have to do a quest with poor instructions, like Fort Boyard to collect all the keys and run a couple of Kilometers between apartment, parking and your car. Not convenient. After reporting the remote that doesn‘t work we were repeatedly said that it works, what can you do about that? I can only say that each time we had to use walk-in parking access since the door did no react to a key, and each time on our way out, we had to tail someone to get out. Ah, yeah, if you want to use kitchen to cook, forget it. It is not neither equipped nor designed to do that. All in all, the fear of having bed bugs in our own flat is the worst thing that could happen to you on vacation.
