Taxi services in Bari, while they exist make it very hard for non-Italians to order one due to no app for hailing a taxi

- no window on the outside, only on the "patio", but just for one night is ok

Proximity to the trains & buses. Good restaurant next door & walkable to supermarket. Good shower. No noise from the train station which is across the road. Great local train links.
Only room for 4 people on the 'patio' & if anyone smokes, you can't use it if you're a non-smoker. No Garden. The jacuzzi advertised was for the top apartment only & we weren't the only people who thought it would be available. No snack machine. No one on reception in the whole time we were there. Lots of furniture moving & door slamming at 6.30am from the apartments & those attached to the walls. Advertising states minibar, breakfast in the room, snack bar vending machine, room service available, garden.....none of these were available. We feel these advertised services were misleading.
