The room itself was wonderful—very clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find cold water waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival, as well as enough coffee capsules for all the mornings of our stay. There were also plenty of bath towels available. The location has its pros and cons. The public transport stop is located right across the street, which made getting around very easy and convenient. However, the surrounding area felt a bit strange; there are many refugees around, and the streets were somewhat dirty. However, it was around 1km from the center and the train station. As for the check-in, the girl who welcomed us didn't speak English, but we managed just fine using a translator app, and she was very nice.

The only suggestion for improvement would be to provide some additional pillows, as the ones available were way too soft and uncomfortable for our liking. Overall, a good stay with great room amenities!

The location is good, there is a bus stop in front of the main door and also a train station 5 minutes away. The owners are nice people, but the communication was a little bad. I asked if its possible to give me an iron and she said that she’ll bring it to me in 10 min, afterall she came the next day and it turns out that the plug doesn’t fit in any socket. Also if want to have electricity in the room when you are out, you have to ask for a second card, because they give you only one.

It is very noisy during the night, because its located on main street and there is a lot of traffic. The apartment was clean, but what I didn’t like is that there is no window or ventilation in the bathroom and therefore the humidity in the room was very high.

La struttura è bella e accoglierte, bagno per conto suo e doccia e vasca idromassaggio con vista.

Il fatto che avendo la vasca idromassaggio è molto umida la camera e abbiamo avuto dei problemi nel capire come farla funzionare al meglio. Nel letto ci si sprofondava un pochino, tutto sommato non mi lamento. L’unica pecca sto ancora aspettando la fattura dall’host dopo quasi due mesi, dato i dati ma la signora non si è fatta più sentire, pecca per me importante.
