I stayed in spacious apartments on the ground floor. There is a large bedroom, a hallway, and another room with a table, chairs, and a sofa. Both rooms have access to a large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard.
The bathroom has everything you need: a bathtub, sink, bidet, toilet, and hairdryer. There is hot water available 24/7 (I stayed there in September).
The double bed is comfortable. The bed linen and towels are clean and spotless. The apartments are cleaned daily.
There is also a small kitchenette with all the essentials: a kettle, fridge, stove, sink, microwave, dishes, tea & coffee.
The reception is available from 8 AM to 8 PM. After 8 PM, access to the residence is by guest card.
Visa Residence has an elevator.
The staff are friendly and helpful. The apartment has useful information prepared in advance about Bari's attractions, nearby shops, restaurants, and pizzerias, as well as clear instructions for guests.
Overall, I liked the apartment itself. The only downside is the location – it’s about a 30-40 minute walk to the city center.
There's a bus stop within 5-10 minutes, and the train station Brigata is about 10-15 minutes away. Nearby, you can find an affordable pizzeria, a bakery with fresh pastries, pharmacies, and grocery stores.
Dante Alighieri Street is quite busy and not very comfortable for pedestrians.
*Note: as I travel on foot, the times I mention refer to walking distance.
Location (it’s far from the city center and the main train station Bari Centrale), no parking, no nice views. The street where Visa Residence is located looks a bit run-down; in the evenings there's an unpleasant smell from the garbage bins and the surroundings feel rather bleak. But that's a downside of the location, not of the residence itself.

Worth the money. A very large apartment with a balcony you can enjoy. A nice bed and clean bathroom.

It’s fully equipped apartment so you have everything you may possible need. Comparing what you’re getting for amount of money it’s very satisfying.
The location is little bit minus since around you have typical Italian houses so at the evening it’s very loud around most of the time and it’s little bit further from city centre (20 minutes walking). On the other side you have grocery store pharmacy etc. close. Another con was the fridge situation. Because of the little point on the wall after entering the apartment which said insert for power I assume that when the card wasn’t inside the power was off. Thanks to that when we weren’t there several hours a day some food went bad which is kind a useless point of the fridge then.
