Everything was as it should be: clean, tidy and just as advertised. The value for the money we gave was great and the room contained everything we needed.
I was slightly concerned about the security of the doorlock of our room. The toilet wasn't glued to the floor well, meaning that if someone sat on the right or the left side they were at risk of falling off along with the toilet. Also the bathroom door could not be locked or even stay closed.

Location was super, the room with private bathroom is all you need: clean, with clean towels, fast wifi and a binder full of information for transfers and tips for Bari
The bathroom door was poorly made you cant close it.So while using the bathroom the other people in the room can hear/even see you. No shower gels

Francesco and his team are very nice people. We always felt welcome. The location is good, the very lively neighborhood Murat as well as the old town can be reached by foot. Our room had access to the spacious balcony, too. We stayed a couple of nights and they even cleaned our room once in between.
Our private bathroom could only be reached through the common hallway which did not make us feel very comfortable. I believe it would make more sense to rent the entire flat for a bigger group or family instead of separating it into three rooms. Additionally, the bathroom seemed more or less clean, but really old. In our room we had a refrigerator and cutlery, but no plates and no tea towels which was weird. The beds are quite short, too. Tall people will have their foot hanging outside the bed. In total, this was the accommodation with the lowest price-performance ratio of our entire Italy trip.
