Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai

It felt like my home away from home. I loved the private beach and the wonderful food. I loved the spa and my massage there.

There was nothing I didn’t like

Absolutely flawless stay! Everything was spot on — from the warm welcome at check-in to the immaculate room and excellent service throughout. Highly recommend!

The air conditioning in the lobby felt slightly too cold.

Nikki beach was always the place I found my best evenings at, but this was my first time visiting a hotel as a guest. The sea is wonderful, the amenities are very nice, rooms are big and very functional. Management is very pleasant

I can say I questioned the quality of staff once at my stay, but mistakes doesn’t matter when people know how to fix em. Big thanks to Ashraf, Irada and Mirai for making the vacation positive. You guys really found your place in customer service 🤍 very high level

I honestly like this place as a nice get away.

I did an extension and had to move rooms and had trouble with the reception not calling then not understanding anything about what I’m trying to say. So whoever was trying to help me was then freaking out since another guest is supposed to be in there. Clearly there is a lack of protocol and clear communication. And the receptionist who was helping me needs to be able to communicate better to customers without repeating the same thing over and over.

I think that their customer service is great likewise the attentiveness of the pool staff was terrific. They were always keeping our ice buckets topped up along with a plentiful supply of water to keep us hydrated

Pricing for wines was pretty expensive. The most cost effective bottle of Prosecco was equivalent to $177 aud and white wine $166

Overall very nice boutique hotel atmosphere. Great Breakfast and lunch in cafe niki. Pool and beach were in perfect state and very well taken care of.

The staff throughout the whole stay was unfortunately the most disappointing aspect. Rather unpersonal and sometimes even unfriendly. In comparison to other hotels in Dubai that I have seen over the years, it was not 5 star level of staff professionality and kindness you would expect.

Excellent hotel with a high standard of service delivered by a great team.

Not so much a dislike, just a niggle. Need a bar or railing to help less abled guests to access pool. Made worse by selfish guests who sat on the only steps, therefore blocking access. Staff should ask them to move.

Room is excellent - easy to get to the beach and pool and restaurants. Breakfast and brunch at Cafe Nikki were superb. Service and selection and quality of the food were fantastic. The sea is amazing and the beach is clean and well-maintained with white sand.

Really trivial, but there is a lovely big bath, but no bath salts or bath foam which was a shame. Also, the TV option are limited.

The breakfast was amazing with lots of variety. Although I did not stay at the pool but I did try the beach and it was relaxing and the service was excellent also they have lots of activities such as Jet Ski..

Our honeymoon stay at Nikki Beach was an absolute dream come true. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations in every possible way. First and foremost, the pool was nothing short of amazing. The crystal-clear waters, luxurious cabanas, and attentive poolside service made it the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. We spent countless hours there enjoying the serene atmosphere. Our spacious room boasted an amazing view that left us in awe every morning and evening. Whether we were watching the sunrise or gazing at the starry night sky, the view from our room was simply breathtaking. The beach, just a stone's throw away from the hotel, was equally incredible. The soft, powdery sand and turquoise waters created a postcard-perfect backdrop for romantic walks and lazy afternoons. We couldn't have asked for a more stunning beach setting for our honeymoon. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful surprise as well. The variety of fresh, delicious options was impressive, and we looked forward to starting our days with a healthy meal. The oceanfront dining area provided breathtaking views, making our mornings even more memorable. But what truly set this hotel apart was its exceptional staff. The team was not only extremely friendly but also incredibly helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that every moment of our stay was special, offering recommendations for local activities and even surprising us with a sweet gesture for our honeymoon. Their warmth and hospitality added an extra layer of magic to our experience. In summary, our honeymoon at Nikki Beach was nothing short of perfection. The pool, beach, breakfast, and most importantly, the wonderful staff, made our stay unforgettable. We couldn't have asked for a more enchanting start to our journey as a married couple. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a romantic and luxurious getaway.

An excellent property. Your staff are extremely well trained. Breakfast was better than the Burj. 2nd time we have visited in 2 years. Will be an annual pilgrimage for sure. Thank you Nikki Beach.
