Swissôtel Al Murooj Dubai

Location excellent. Walking distance to Dubai Mall. Staff friendly and courteous. Check in fast and smooth. Golf carts provided to reach the main building for breakfast each morning. Breakfast had plenty of choices to suit varied tastes.

Two bedroom apartment is spacious and clean but furniture and kitchen appliances need to be updated as compared to the main building which has been renovated

The location is excellent, very close to Dubai Mall, and the parking facilities were convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options.

the comfort of the apartment was a major disappointment. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The AC in the hall was working well, and the AC in the rooms was extremely weak. The rooms were very hot because of the weather, and we were unable to sleep comfortably on either of the two nights. We contacted the guest services they send a technician, who came to check it, but we were told that it was already at the lowest temperature/last setting and that nothing more could be done. This was very disappointing, especially considering the weather in Dubai. There were also several maintenance and cleanliness issues. The doors were not locking properly, the bathroom glass partition around the bathtub was very dirty, and the hairdryer socket was open, which was concerning from a safety point of view. The cupboards inside the room also did not close properly.
