The location - close to dubai mall and Burj Khalifa . Breakfast was great.
The room allocated to us on first night (258) was stinking and had a very filthy carpet and sofa with visible stains. The fridge was noisy and the balcony was dirty. Additionally the aircon and TV were faulty. We were moved to a better room the next day after complaining.
