Our stay at this hotel was nothing short of amazing. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the day we left. The level of service, hospitality, and attention to detail exceeded all our expectations.
A special thank you to the team member who helped prepare our room before our arrival. Your effort and care made us feel truly welcome and set the tone for a wonderful stay.
We would also like to thank the lovely ladies at breakfast who surprised us with a farewell cake on our last morning. It was such a thoughtful and heartwarming gesture that made our departure even more memorable.
The room service was outstanding, the lobby staff were professional and friendly, and every member of the hotel team went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The facilities, cleanliness, atmosphere, and overall service were exceptional. Every detail was taken care of, and we genuinely felt valued as guests.
This was one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so special and unforgettable.

I travel ten times a year to Dubai and visit lavish hotels this hotel stands out by far with location and views and with how clean it is sometimes I feel to take my shoes off to respect of hw clean and fresh it is the staff omg are 15/10 tht welcome you and treat u like your a celebrity it’s way too much to handle every friend of mines who have visited here are soo impressed like me and hw amazing there stay is the only bad thing abt this hotel is when you have to leave it makes you wana cry 😢

Sky view pool is nice
Staff doesn’t put lot of attention. Came for birthday of my wife but despite a half empty hotel got among the worst Burj Khalifa view rooms available (lower floor and at the side). Would have also mentioned that during check out but no one asked or cared
