Address Sky View, Downtown Dubai

I would especially like to recognize Ms. Zayde at the Front Desk for the excellent service she provided during my arrival and check-in. In addition to being professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the check-in process, she made a genuine effort to arrange a room for me on as high a floor as possible, which provided a beautiful view and significantly enhanced my stay. While I was waiting for the check-in arrangements to be completed, she also thoughtfully arranged Arabic coffee and dates for me. It was a simple gesture, but one that felt very warm and welcoming. These small details made the arrival experience particularly pleasant and left a strong impression on me. For someone who travels frequently on long-haul business trips, moments like these often become the highlights and best memories of a journey. Good facilities are important, but thoughtful and personalized service is what truly differentiates a hotel. My experience with Ms. Zayde strengthened my preference for Address Sky View and gave me a very positive impression of the hotel's service culture. I would be very happy to choose your hotel again for a future stay in Dubai. I would greatly appreciate it if my compliments could be shared with Ms. Zayde and the Front Office management team. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and warm hospitality are an excellent reflection of the service standards of Address Sky View. I would also like to thank the breakfast restaurant team—as a Chinese guest, I was genuinely delighted when they introduced me to Indian dosa, especially when enjoyed with yogurt and the different accompanying sauces; it turned breakfast into a small but very enjoyable cross-cultural experience. 😊

Everything is a 10! The pool amazing

Exceptional hotel with amazing staff. The room was fantastic - large with a balcony and a lovely view of the Burj Khalifa. The bathroom was large and well-appointed and the walk-in closet a very nice feature. The main entrance area is beautifully designed and comfortable to sit in. We got the Club room so got to got to the 54th floor which is just astonishing. The hotel building houses also the CÉ LA VI Dubai restaurant which is outstanding - it is not part of the hotel but so convenient to be able to hop in a lift and go up there. All in all highly recommended.

The entryway area is beautiful but can get quite crowded, lots of children running around which is a little much even when they are individually super cute. The ground level bar is nice but not large or very light but the cocktails were excellent. Unfortunately the Club was closed when we stayed (refurbishing) but I suspect when that is open it is a nice space to hang out.

Sky view pool is nice

Staff doesn’t put lot of attention. Came for birthday of my wife but despite a half empty hotel got among the worst Burj Khalifa view rooms available (lower floor and at the side). Would have also mentioned that during check out but no one asked or cared
