The atmosphere was wonderful, and the restaurant staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive. They were always helpful and supportive, greeting every guest with a warm smile. I had an amazing breakfast and truly enjoyed my time at the restaurant on the 24th floor. It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely recommend it.
The hotel has both older and newly renovated rooms. Unfortunately, I stayed in one of the older rooms, and the bathroom facilities need more attention.
The shower mixer was not working properly and was leaking, which caused the bathroom floor to become completely flooded after taking a shower. The sink was also blocked and needed maintenance and proper cleaning.
Overall, the cleanliness was good, but I would recommend that the hotel inspect and maintain the facilities in the older rooms, especially the bathrooms, to ensure that everything is working efficiently before guests check in.
