Everything. This is exactly how a luxury hotel should be. The location is excellent, within walking distance of Dubai Mall and many of the city’s main attractions. The service was exceptional from start to finish, with outstanding attention to detail and genuinely attentive staff.
We were kindly upgraded to a room with a breathtaking Burj Khalifa view, which made our stay even more memorable. A special mention goes to Speciose at reception. She was absolutely outstanding; always smiling, welcoming, professional, and eager to help. She made us feel valued from the moment we arrived and is truly an asset to the hotel. Without a doubt, one of the best receptionists I have encountered in Dubai.
The room, facilities, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere exceeded expectations. Every detail reflected the high standards of a true luxury hotel.
Nothing worth mentioning. If I were to make one suggestion rather than a criticism, it would be to consider extending the opening hours of the pool and bar area. Given Dubai’s very warm climate, many guests prefer spending time outdoors later in the evening when temperatures are more comfortable. Longer opening hours would make an already excellent experience even better.

The room was comfortable and spacious. We also love the location which was near the metro station and Dubai mall. Staff were polite and helpful.
The pillows were a bit too soft.
