Private room in BURJ KHALIFA facing 3BR luxury apartment in Downtown Near Dubai Mall Metro

Absolutely amazing stay! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and even better than expected. Everything was perfect from start to finish — super comfortable, peaceful, and incredibly well organized. We felt relaxed the moment we arrived. Including our pet who was welcomed to stay as well 🥰 The check-in and check-out process was one of the smoothest and easiest experiences we’ve ever had. Everything was clear, fast, and stress-free. A huge thank you to Bernard for the exceptional communication and support throughout our stay. He was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming.

There was nothing we didn’t like AT ALL.

This private room in the Burj Khalifa–facing apartment was exactly what we were looking for. The view is incredible, especially in the evening when the tower lights up. Being so close to Dubai Mall and the Metro made everything very easy and stress-free. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well prepared. The apartment felt stylish and well maintained, and the building itself was secure and quiet. Everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Overall, a top experience in Downtown Dubai. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a great view and perfect location.

This was an excellent stay in the heart of Downtown Dubai. The location is unbeatable, with Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall just steps away, making everything extremely convenient. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and very well maintained. It felt truly luxurious, comfortable, and calm at the same time. The building is modern and secure, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very relaxing. Everything worked perfectly, from check-in to check-out. Overall, a flawless experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Downtown Dubai. Would definitely return.

Nothing at all — everything was perfect

The property location is perfect, the host responds imminently to all communication. The view, although not the one shown on the advertisement was great. But the advert led me to believe I’d be looking straight at the barj kaliffe

I don’t feel the advert was clear. I was under the impression I had the full apartment, though it was shared. Once it was clear that I had my own private bathroom I was happy to proceed. The air con was controlled in another bedroom, I had to be at the airport for 4:30 am, the air con was ridiculously loud, and freezing! I messaged the owner and he contacted the other room, however it was hours before they returned, so it was after 1am before i got over to sleep. This was extremely annoying and left a bad taste in my mouth. That said the apartment is adequately clean, and I’m a superb location, building, and great facilities within.
