Towers Rotana - Dubai

The location is perfect - near the airport, near the metro, literally the hub area. Also staff was amazing they upgraded my room for free. Cleanliness was great, soft bed, soft pillows, clean washroom and overall loved the stay

The pool was in another building nearby and was too tiny.

I would also like to take this opportunity to highlight the many positive experiences we had during our stay, as overall it was a wonderful and memorable visit. A special thank you to you, Mr. Daniyal Khan. Prior to our arrival, you ensured that our requests and arrangements were followed up on, which gave us confidence that our special occasion would be well taken care of. Upon arrival, the reception team was welcoming and professional. Although our room was not ready at the time of check-in, the team handled the situation well and recommended that we enjoy some time at Long’s Bar while waiting, which turned out to be a great suggestion. I would especially like to recognize Ann and Heshan from Flavours on Two. They were exceptional and went above and beyond to make my wife’s birthday celebration special. Ann, in particular, was extremely warm, friendly, and made us feel like family with her genuine hospitality and care. A big thank you also to Puneeth and Sanath from Elevate Bar & Lounge. We spent most of our time during our stay at the pool, and their service was outstanding. They were attentive, professional, friendly, and consistently ensured we had everything we needed. Their positive attitude and genuine hospitality added a lot to our experience. At Long’s Bar, Aizzel and Rho were excellent. Their service, attentiveness, and welcoming approach made every visit enjoyable. The overall food and beverage experience at Long’s Bar was exceptional, and we truly enjoyed the quality of service provided by the team. The hotel team overall showed great dedication and a genuine desire to make guests feel special, and this is what made our stay memorable.

Staff members are amazing!

But facilities are outdated. Shower drain clogged, draining slowly. Yellow water when first turning on the tap after entering the room. And they ask you to keep the certain close for almost whole daylight hours…for days for cleaning reason. It was a total waste of that view.
