Közel volt a metró,szinte a belvárosban van a szállás,a környék tele van éttermekkel.

地下鉄トレド駅から2ブロック（上り坂だが）行くだけの近さで、行動の拠点としてはベストポジションだった。風通しもよく、洗濯物がよく乾いた。
設備のメンテナンスが十分でなく、シャワーヘッドの留め具はグラグラで、使えないガスコンロもあった。また、湯沸かしポットや電子レンジがあることになっていたが、見当たらなかった。 トレド通のバイパスルートになっているせいで、アパートの前は大変な交通量でうるさく、また、飲食店からの音楽や話し声が夜中まで響いていた。 アパートは1階（日本の2階）と言うことだったが、実態は2階でエレベータなし、重いスーツケースに辟易した。

Posizione fantastica, appartamento ampio, ben disposto in palazzina tranquilla.
Pulizia poco accurata specialmente nel bagno, abbiamo trovato la doccia usata dai precedenti ospiti non pulita e capelli per terra. Asciugamani abbondanti ma non freschi di lavaggio. Abbiamo trovato la macchina per il caffè non funzionante e ci è stato dato in sostituzione un barattolo di Nescaffe. Muri macchiati. Le fotografie non sono più veritiere al massimo, é tutto più vecchio. Non c'è ascensore.
