地下鉄トレド駅から2ブロック（上り坂だが）行くだけの近さで、行動の拠点としてはベストポジションだった。風通しもよく、洗濯物がよく乾いた。
設備のメンテナンスが十分でなく、シャワーヘッドの留め具はグラグラで、使えないガスコンロもあった。また、湯沸かしポットや電子レンジがあることになっていたが、見当たらなかった。
トレド通のバイパスルートになっているせいで、アパートの前は大変な交通量でうるさく、また、飲食店からの音楽や話し声が夜中まで響いていた。
アパートは1階（日本の2階）と言うことだったが、実態は2階でエレベータなし、重いスーツケースに辟易した。

El apartamento es tal y como aparece en el anuncio.
El propietario es muy amable, le informé de un problema con la ducha y lo soluciono rápidamente.
La ubicación es buenísima, cerca del metro Toledo, una calle centrica y segura.

Location (at the Spanish Quarters) was excellent, just around 100 metres from Toledo station and Via Toledo, one of the main shopping streets. It is also just 900m away from Piazza del Plebiscito and around 1.5K from the Centro Storico.

Posizione fantastica, appartamento ampio, ben disposto in palazzina tranquilla.
Pulizia poco accurata specialmente nel bagno, abbiamo trovato la doccia usata dai precedenti ospiti non pulita e capelli per terra. Asciugamani abbondanti ma non freschi di lavaggio. Abbiamo trovato la macchina per il caffè non funzionante e ci è stato dato in sostituzione un barattolo di Nescaffe. Muri macchiati. Le fotografie non sono più veritiere al massimo, é tutto più vecchio. Non c'è ascensore.
