The location, is right in the heart of Naples, a few minutes walk to the Spanish Quarters, Spaccanapoli, Piazza Plebiscito, Via Toledo. The apartment is nice, clean, the host is reachable by Whatsapp and solves any problems you've got. Being on the 10th floor, you've got a nice view of the Naples bay area and the coastline to Sorrento, you can see the Capri island from your window.
Lack of a microwave.

A small apartment ie like a large single hotel room with bathroom and kitchenette. Not far from some bus lines.
Mix-up with checking in. NOTE that you'll receive a key code without ANY indication that it comes from the Naples organization (if you have an American phone the number will have the area code 773 as though it comes from Chicago and might be spam or a scam). Staff friendly and helpful but not very organized. The nearby address I was given to store luggage was not open and the taxi driver could not find it. The restaurant at the corner - Signora Bettola - had a long line of Italians on Sunday so it is popular BUT I got food poisoning there the next day (a signature dish, I Fritti di Signora Bettola con verdure pastellate, was not fresh; it tasted canned).

The host was friendly, let us put the luggage in storage until our room was ready as we arrived in the morning.
There was only one pillow each, with no supplementary pillows stored anywhere. There were no toiletries offered in the bathroom, we had go go out and buy soap. This was something we would have expected in such accommodation.
